Citrus Christmas Decor

This year for my Christmas decor, I’m going a much less traditional route with the colors that I’m using. With our move to Florida and the new house, I decided to go with a citrus Christmas decor theme! Although I haven’t wrapped up my Christmas home tour 100% yet, here’s a little preview of how our citrus-inspired Christmas tree turned out in our living room! I kept the rest of the space in my favorite neutrals, blues and greens.

A Christmas tree decorated with citrus decor in a blue and white coastal living room!

As most of you know, I rarely use orange in my decor but I’m actually really enjoying the pop of color in this corner right now! The orange tones look so pretty with all the light blue. By keeping most of the bolder colors on the tree, the rest of the decor will easily transition for winter after the holidays are over.

Here you can see a closer look at how the faux orange stems look mixed in with the tree. I basically placed them in areas where I would typically place a more traditional tree spray.

These are the same faux orange stems I shared a month or so back in our entryway, styled a bit differently!

I also ordered these dried orange slices that I’ll be incorporating somewhere, as well. I haven’t decided if I’ll turn them into ornaments or add them to our entryway garland, but I’m excited to use them!

This is really a fun idea to decorate in your new home. I love the glass vase and stems on your coffee table too. Can you share the links to those?
    Thank you!

Thank you Lisa! The stems are super old (I think from Studio McGee) and I actually bought the vase locally but believe it is this one https://rstyle.me/+RQvh7UhE4VBU0upQoqSZGA 🙂

Beautiful tree! I was just admiring this artwork from Lindsay Letters and it would look right at home in your citrus suggestions!

I too, am not usually a fan of orange in decor, but your living room is PERFECT! I love the “coastal inspired everything” with the pops of citrus orange. And I love that you went with your vision…orange really is a happy color!
