Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – I’m loving this entire collection of outdoor dining essentials! Everything from the cute floral and star melamine plates to the table runners and serving pieces! You can see the full collection here. So cute all summer and for the fourth of July! I’ve been a huge advocate of melamine dishes in the summer months. They’re so much easier to use with grilled/barbequed food (unlike paper) and you don’t have to worry about them breaking outside!
I love this little scene, too, with the gingham throw and the striped outdoor pillow!
2 – There’s a new collaboration launching at Walmart tonight and they’ll be going through the collection at 6 PM EST on a livestream you can watch! Walmart continues to hit it out of the park with the first ever home line from Gap and it will be exclusive to Walmart! You can expect Gap’s reputation for quality and timeless American design in the collection, as well as lots of blue, white, and stripes, in combination with a joint commitment to sourcing and using sustainable materials. I’ll be watching live as well because I want to snag a few of the items as soon as the collection launches (during the livestream). You can go here to get a reminder on your computer, but there’s nothing you really need to do to watch other than click this link. Based on the sneak peek I’ve seen from Walmart, I think it’s going to be a good one! I’ll be sure to share my finds once they arrive! But wanted to give you all an inside look the day it launches in case it sells out!
Here are a few screenshots I took from the video they have on their site.
3 – I’ve been a big fan of C Tables ever since I picked one up on clearance at At Home a few years back. It wasn’t really the style I was wanting, but at the time, they weren’t super easy to come by. So, when I saw this pair of natural nesting c tables I was super excited! Nearly all others I’ve found look the same, and I love that these have a coastal vibe and look a little more chic and slightly less industrial! They’re great for using a laptop on the sofa, holding drinks while you’re laying down to read or to use in lieu of a side table since they take up so much less space!
4 – You can currently receive special pricing on all rugs at Serena & Lily right now! That includes many of the rugs around our home! Our living room striped rug we used last year is still a favorite! I love the varying shades of blue in the stripes!
LIVING ROOM SOURCES: Striped Rug | Linen Sofas | Spindle Chairs | Embroidered Blue Pillow | Striped Lumbar Pillow | Solid Linen Pillow | Striped Throws | Raffia Coffee Table | Similar Wood Chain | Similar Vase | Faux Greenery Stems | Woven Stools | Oversized Palm Art | Gallery Wall Frames (similar here) | Dough Bowl | Lamps | Frame TV
We used the same rug but in the runner version in our kitchen last summer too. Both are going to be moved to the pool house this year!
KITCHEN SOURCES: Counter Stools | Basket Pendant Lights | Striped Runner Rug | Faux Orange Stems | Similar Glass Vase | Faux Orange Topiary | Large White Ceramic Dot Vase | Natural Wood Serving Board | White Serving Board | Small White Ceramic Dot Vase | Similar Faux Asparagus Fern | Sunday Suppers Cookbook | Similar Recipe Book Stand | Island Paint Color: Benjamin Moore Providence Blue
This picture is from last fall, but this rug makes it’s way back into the kitchen frequently! In fact, we have it back again. It was the original one I chose after our kitchen renovation, and it’s soft underfoot and held up remarkably well (it’s indoor/outdoor). Ours is the color Earth and it seems to work regardless of season!
FALL KITCHEN SOURCES: Basket Pendant Light | Bistro Counter Stools | Runner Rug | Tuscan Vase | Cabinet Bin Pull | Cabinet Knob | Faux Mini White Pumpkins | Paper Mache Bowl – local from Amethyst Home but also here | Paint Colors: Benjamin Moore Providence Blue & Simply White
And in our den, we’ve had this rug in the space since our den makeover several years ago! It’s held up well and still looks great! It’s such an easy neutral to work with.
DEN SOURCES: Linen Sectional | Acrylic Beach Art | Diamond Jute Rug | Scallop Light Fixture | Coffee Table | Paint Dipped Vase | Faux Greenery Stems | Raised Stripe Pillow | Striped Tassel Pillow | Palm Print Pillow | Roman Shades | Recycled Glass Beads
I have a sample of this rug and want to use it so badly. It’s absolutely stunning in person. But, it has to make sense for the space (and be on sale) before I’ll use it. But it’s a good one!
5 – So many cute new arrivals for summer over at J. Crew Factory! And nearly all of it is on sale! All sources are listed underneath the graphic below.
SOURCES: Striped Dress | Chambray Button-Front Top | Striped Knot Headband | Denim Shorts | Sailor Shorts | Beach Sweater | Limoncello Tote | Citrus Espadrilles | Sunglasses | Scallop Swimsuit | Colorblock Swimsuit | Striped Bikini Top | Striped Bikini Bottoms | Pull-On Wrap Tassel Cover-up Skirt | Striped Tunic Top | Chambray Skirt

Love it 🙂 For the kitchen runner is it thick enough to stay in place or do you need a pad under? (serena & lily) Thanks!
Sarah says
The striped one definitely needs a rug pad or it moves all over. We’ve used the neutral one both ways. I prefer it with a rug pad now that we have one though since the one we have is a thicker one, so it makes it even softer!

Thank you for the tip on the C tables from Overstock! I have been looking for something like that for several months; they are now happily in my cart.
Sarah says
So happy to hear that!
