I’m back today with the final portion of our 2016 blue and white summer home tour!

Today I’ve teamed up with my friends at Birch Lane, Country Living Magazine, Nina Hendrick and 29 other talented bloggers to bring you Part III of my summer home tour! This group tour is a bit more farmhouse focused, so if that’s your thing (and even if it’s not), you are going to be drooling over each and every one of these tours!
Today I’m sharing even more of our back patio makeover, along with other spaces in our home all dressed up for summer.  Be sure to also check out our Summer Home Tour: Part I and Summer Home Tour: Part II for even more photos of several of these spaces! For those that have already seen Parts I and II, don’t stop reading – I have new spaces to share!
I’ve listed sources and affiliate links along the way, but feel free to ask me on anything I may have forgotten!
Summertime is by far my favorite season. Several of the rooms in our home have windows on multiple walls because of the U-shaped floorplan of our home. In the summertime, this means even more sunshine pouring in, and I absolutely love it!
ENTRYWAY SOURCES: Chandelier | Rug (I use the reverse side) | Framed Agate Wall Art | Similar Console Table | Similar Black Beveled Mirror | Similar Glass Bottles | Striped Benches | Wall Color: Behr Castle Path | Door Color: Behr Elephant Skin
In the past week, we swapped out the sconces in our entryway hallway and I am still loving the new look!
ENTRYWAY HALLWAY SOURCES: Orb Chandelier | Doxology Canvas (Navy with Gallery Walnut Frame) | Sconces | Bench | Console Table | Lamp (similar) | Throw Pillows: HomeGoods | Wall Color: Behr Castle Path | Door Color: Behr Elephant Skin
Our living room was updated this summer to a more coastal, relaxed vibe. With the addition of the pool this year, I wanted the interiors to reflect the feeling outside.
LIVING ROOM SOURCES: Palm Tree Artwork (54″x40″ with the Whitewashed Herringbone frame – c/o Minted) | Wood Clovers (Small & Large) | Fig Leaf Pillows | Turquoise Geometric Pillows | Lamps | Striped Throws | Endless Summer Cook Book | Allegra Hicks Books | Habitat Book | Coffee Table | Glass Bottles | Glass Beads |Â Seagrass Tray (similar) | Paint Color: Behr Castle Path
Our kitchen is one of those areas I only update maybe once a year, and the runners I added in the spring time are still going strong and work well with our summer decor.
KITCHEN SOURCES: Striped Runners | Similar Maidenhair Ferns | Pendants Lights |  Striped Cutting Board | Similar Round Wood Cutting Board | Marble & Wood Cutting Board | Favorite Candle of all time
Our guest room was updated for summer with simple navy and white pillows along with some fresh tree clippings. I love the look!
GUEST BEDROOM SOURCES: Headboard | Chandelier | Similar Striped Pillows | Geometric Textured Pillows | Similar Light Wood Starburst Mirror | Similar Roman Shades | Bench | Wall Color: Behr Castle Path | Trim and Board and Batten Color: Behr Swiss Coffee
I added some summery touches to our mud room, as well.
MUD ROOM SOURCES: Chandelier | Fig Leaf Pillow | Blue and White Lumbar Pillow (HomeGoods) | Similar Striped Throw | Similar Palm Prints | Similar Faux Greenery | Paint Color: Behr Dolphin Fin at 50% | Shiplap and Shelf color: Kilz Primer 😉
Now, a further sneak peak of our back patio! But, let me forewarn you this is not legitimately styled. We got home last night, hung two of the curtain panels (we still have the other side to complete) and then I shot some photos (before sneaking in a swim). But I’m obsessed with my new Marble & Wood Cake Stand and thought it was the perfect opportunity to put it to use. This space is only going to improve with time! And, there’s less than a month left before I do a full, legit reveal of our outdoor space!
OUTDOOR DINING SOURCES: Dining Table & Chairs – Hayneedle | Marble & Wood Cake Stand | Striped Throw | Ceramic Berry Baskets | Outdoor Rug | Striped Outdoor Curtains | Ceiling Curtain Rod | Raffia Chargers | Faux Palmetto Palm Branch | Table Runner (HomeGoods recent)

Hi Sarah!
I love your inspiring blog! What can you tell me about the leafy branches on coffee table in living room and on bedside table in guest room? They look so lifelike. I need them! Thanks,
Jennifer
Thanks so much Jennifer! As far as the leaves go…well, I had just trimmed our birch trees on the side of our house (after our fence was installed) and these were some of the clippings. So they actually are real and only lasted about a day :/ I really wish I could find a faux version like this though!
Gorgeous tour, Sarah! I see that pool in the background of some of those shots! So exciting! 🙂
So pretty Sarah!! I love all the blue and green details!
Hugs, Jamie
I love all of the changes, Sarah! I don’t even know where to start- the mudroom looks gorgeous, and I love the updates to your guest room. And your new outdoor area, oh my goodness! Thank you so much for being part of this tour! xx
I love your beautiful home! I especially adore your kitchen and the wall treatment in your bedroom. Thanks for sharing!
Always SO STUNNING! And one of my favourite tours each season… I love stalking your house. Pinned pretty much every image:) Hope your summer is off to a fabulous start!
