I just added all the items I mentioned to my cart and it applied the 30% discount. Is it possible you added something that wasn’t considered a “separate”? If that’s not the case, I’d try using the blue chat feature on the bottom right corner of their screen and see if they can manually apply it for you. I hope that helps!
