Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

– This Cape Cod charmer from Roan by Grace Rosenstein looks straight out of a Nancy Meyers movie set! The entire home feels so fresh and cozy, but also has that collected-over-time look that just feels so much more personal.

– I always think Boden does such a lovely job with their fall collection! I was first drawn into these suede slingbacks with rope bows, but there are so many darling pieces in their fall collection! I love the preppy British vibes in the collection and the new fall collection doesn’t disappoint! Clearly I’m loving the blue and brown combo this year. All sources are listed below the graphic. J. Crew also has some fun new arrivals for fall with a similar vibe. All sources are listed below the graphic.

– I picked up these velvet printed pillow covers a few weeks ago for my fall decor and really love them. They have so many beautiful shades of green. I always love velvet in the fall because it can carry you seasonally until spring with a few simple swaps of other accessories! I’m hoping to bring them out this week and get it all photographed to share soon. Nothing like the arrivals of visitors to get my butt in gear! If I get really adventurous, I’ll pair them with these linen citron pillow covers. But as many of you know, I’ve been collecting a handful of these colors for the past 7+ years since they launched so I have a dark green set in my hoard too!
– This affordable, viral block print rug has been re-stocked in the doormat size (which we own and love)! It reminds me so much of this rug that we have and love in our carriage house (which is 3x the price for the same size) at an even better price point.
– I have my years where I love the orange Halloween decor (in a terracotta, weathered way) but typically I’m drawn to non-traditional pumpkins that are in neutral tones or shades of blue. Here are some finds that I’m loving this year, that also pair with a coastal decor style! I love that they don’t scream “Halloween” and could be carried on through Thanksgiving in your decor! I used these amber glass pumpkins last year and loved them so much, so I was excited to see them back again.
