Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – This beautiful home tour from Stephanie Perez is a fun one to scroll through. It’s a bit cottage meets coastal meets whimsy and grandmillennial vibes. It just has a really great, collected vibe. And funny enough, I spotted this lantern and some bobbin frames that I’ve featured in recent Wednesday Watch List posts!
2 – One of the cutest dresses I’ve seen in awhile, this linen scalloped-trim shift dress comes in three colors and is beyond cute! I just can’t get over the scallop details! Dress it down with flats and a woven tote, or dress it up with heels and a clutch!

Here are a few other new arrivals I’m loving, as well! The brown floral print comes in a number of pieces and I think it’s just so pretty! All sources are listed below the graphic.
3 – While working on the design plans for Hola Beaches Casita, I searched high and low for a variety of nightstands that had good ratings but were affordable. Here are some of my favorite finds. We ultimately ended up using this one, this one, and this one, but below are some other options we considered. We also have this one (great for tight spaces) in our carriage house, and this one has been at the original Hola Beaches for a few years now! All sources are listed below the graphic.
4 – If you’re on the hunt for a unique and beautiful faux greenery for summer, I recently ordered these faux gingko stems and love them! I had some years ago (can’t even remember where I found them) and never found anything that compared. But these are even better and look very lifelike! There were live gingko trees in Omaha at Lanoha Nurseries and I always wanted to get one from our yard. They are just so beautiful and unique!
You can see my old ones live in action in our old home office. The leaves were much smaller so I’m loving the larger leaves on the West Elm version!

5 – I’ve actually been working on a dedicated post about all things seashell in both fashion and decor. But, it hasn’t been a priority to publish so thought I’d share one of my favorite trends of the summer now in case I don’t get around to it! You may have noticed seashells are everywhere right now, and trending big time. Here are some of the necklaces I’ve seen lately that fully embrace the trend! All sources are listed below the graphic.
