1 – I always love when designers share their own personal homes. Which interestingly, isn’t really all that often! So, I really enjoyed this home tour that is the personal home of Marie Flanigan of Marie Flanigan Interiors. There are so many beautiful and thoughtful spaces throughout! Checkerboard floors are trending in a big way right now, but I really love Marie’s tone-on-tone look in her bathroom versus the more commonly seen black and white or black and gray contrast look I’m seeing elsewhere. 3 – For some reason, I’ve been very into tapered candles lately. Now that we’re in our new house and hosting more, I just love the vibe candles can add to a tablescape or other vignettes around the home. These gradient tapered candles come in so many fun color combos that can be used year round! I’m especially loving these green tones for the holidays. If you prefer not to have burning candles on your tables or furniture, I also really love these simple flameless flickering candles. They also work great as Christmas decor around the house or in your windows!

4 – Today is the last day for the massive sitewide sale at Serena & Lily. It’s the largest sale they’ve had for some time, plus they’re offering free shipping (even on furniture). After additional delays on Kurtis’ office light fixture we chose with another vendor, I canceled that order and we’re strongly considering ordering this chandelier instead.
