The Wednesday Watch List is a little tardy this week, but don’t fear, it’s now here…because I know you’ve all been on the edge of your seat 😉

– When we were in Utah a few weeks back, my cousin made this Skinny Jalapeno Popper Dip and literally everyone in attendance raved about it. Definitely a great item to bring to any end of summer parties you may be having this weekend. Or to just eat all by yourself 😉

– World Market is currently doing up to 50% off their chandeliers and pendants. They have an amazing selection of lights to choose from and so many right up my alley – including orbs, wood bead chandeliers and more. Thinking of snagging another option {with more bulbs} for the mud room.

– For some reason, I’ve never purchased anything from a Sephora store {although we have a few in town}. But one I get shopping online, I need everything. Ugh. A few months back when I was purchasing more face wash, I had enough points {not sure what their program is called} where I got to pick a few freebies. One of those freebies was this random lip gloss {in the color Sophia}. Which turned out to be amazing. I’m not a lipstick girl, but I have a serious obsession with lip glosses and this one was amazing. Although I think it’s meant to be a plumper, I just liked the tingling mint feeling on my lips and the color is absolute perfection. One of the few lip glosses I’ve fully emptied. Needless to say, I added it to my cart this month when I bought more face wash.

– Two songs I have been obsessed with lately: Taylor Swift’s ‘Shake It Off’ and Kenny Chesney’s ‘American Kids’. Blame my husband’s 24/7 country station in his car. The more I listen to each of them, the more I love them. Taylor has fully redeemed herself with this one.

– Tonight I met up with another Omaha blogger, Jen from The Striped House. We randomly met at Haven because we were actually the only Omaha bloggers there and some others introduced us. I’m totally two for two with bloggers in Omaha. It was so great to get to know Jen better tonight because we didn’t get much of a chance to talk at Haven. She is another DIY blogger and has such a cool style {check out her home tour here}.
