1 – Lots of pretty details to pour over in this lake house design from Kate Marker Interiors!

2 – I’m strongly considering these dining chairs for the Florida house (especially now that they’ve been marked down)! I particularly love how they look in some of the images with the white seat cushion (UPDATE: I had a reader message me that has these and loves them. The cushions are included!!). The reviews are all excellent and they’d be a quick ship item (unlike these chairs that I was also considering). I can essentially get two for the price of one, not to mention to having to pay the furniture delivery fee if I go with the Walmart one.

3 – A few months back, I shared a post all about the trendy (but also timeless) Coastal Grandmother Aesthetic, and haven’t stopped thinking about this necklace since. I’ve seen a few other options at various other boutiques, but they were all over $100 (some well over). But, look what I found this week! This necklace is so similar, comes in tons of colors and just under $16! I went with the matte white color, but it was honestly a tough decision because there were so many cute ones to choose from! Mine doesn’t arrive until tomorrow, but I see stock is already running low so I wanted to share right away.

4 – Check out these paint dipped vases (also here and here) that remind me so much of my Serena & Lily (and Pottery Barn) versions! They are smaller than the originals so pay close attention to the sizing, but they look so cute and a great alternative to the much pricier versions!

5 – I’m loving the combo of leather and raffia in these loafers! The perfect beachy vibe that will translate well into fall! Plus, they’re currently on sale!
