2 – I was looking for a simple coverup I could throw on before we left to Florida last week. I ended up buying this striped swingy tank mini dress in both the striped version and solid version (bright cerise, but there are 5 to choose from) and love it so much! I ordered a size Large, and it is definitely still flow and doesn’t cling at all. I love that the back is longer than the front (perfect especially with hips and a booty)! This isn’t something I would pay full-price for, but while it’s currently 50% off, I can definitely recommend it! Order your regular size for a loose fit (the top is still more structured), or down a size for a bit more fitted and polished look. At 5’8″, I will say this isn’t something I would wear out as an actual dress (it’s too short). But it was exactly what I was looking for as a coverup! They’ve already both been worn multiple times! There are a lot more reviews on the solid version for reference.

3 – If you’re looking for some affordable outdoor pillow options, I’m loving these striped pillow cover pairs! They come in a number of colors and shapes/sizes too. You can find affordable outdoor pillow inserts here if you need a waterproof option. But I love that you could swap the covers but still use the same inserts, much like I do for my indoor pillows!

4 – Each year when the warm weather rolls around, I promptly pull out my waterproof Birkenstocks. I wear them around town (mostly at garden centers) and to work in the yard. They are beyond comfortable, less than half the price of original Birkenstock sandals, and I actually own them in a magenta color too because I love them so much! You can also find them here in more colors, but the pricing is less consistent.

4 – Two weeks ago, my friend Jill and I were laughing when she showed up at our house with the girls and we all had on our waterproof Birks. It definitely required a foot selfie. The girls have these and these from Target, but Jill and I swear by our rubber-like Birks and we’ve both had them for years! She is just much better about cleaning the sandals and getting pedicures clearly 😉 I think I promptly gave myself a pedicure that night!
