Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share all the things that captured my attention over the past week!

1 – This DIY custom door moulding using a ceiling medallion project from Jennifer at Dimples & Tangles is genius. If you’re looking for an easy way to customize plain doors, add wall trim, etc., this may be one of the most creative ways I’ve seen to do just that!

2 – Last weekend, I finally broke down and bought a Zoku and it will likely be the best purchase I make all summer. Once the machine is ready (after freezing for 24 hours) you can make several batches of custom popsicles in a matter of minutes. I made several different recipes over the weekend (pretty much just made them up as I went along) and they are insanely good. It’s actually a great way to get servings of fresh fruit too (especially if you have some on hand that is about to expire)! I’m still trying some recipes, but once I get my favorites nailed down, I’ll do a post with all the options. Bottom line – this is the best purchase you can make all summer. This was my pretty little blueberry-pineapple-coconut milk-Malibu Rum concoction. Hey, it was the weekend!

3 – If you’ve read this blog for a while, it should come as no surprise that I ordered this Ivory Palm Tank as soon as I saw it. I’m not even joking when I say I feel like I’m starting to dress like our home decor. Is that a bad thing?! I also bought these shorts which happen to look a lot like a throw pillow in our living room…

4 – I loved this bathroom makeover from House of Jade Interiors. Such a gorgeous example of taking a dark bathroom to light and bright and spa-like!

5 – I stumbled upon this rug a few weeks back and I just can’t get it out of my head (especially now that it’s 30% off)! I’m in love with not only the pattern but the muted blues and weave. Trying to figure out the best place to use it. Although, if the cat’s have their way, they are well on their way to destroying the jute one in the dining room so this may be a possible replacement.

I had that palm tank in my bag and then decided not to order it. Of course now I’m regretting it… LOVE that rug too!!

Great picks this week! Jennifer always has such amazing ideas, and I am dying over that bathroom. By the way, Zoku makes freezable slush/milkshake cups, too, that my kids (and husband) adore.
