Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – If there’s one plant that stops me in my tracks more than any other, it would probably have to be bougainvillea. And this gorgeous outdoor space in this British West Indies style home tour from Simonsen-Hickock Interiors beautifully demonstrates what a magical flower it is. Can you even get over this bougainvillea fireplace feature wall!? Although it’s not a perennial in Nebraska, I’ve occasionally bought bougainvillea as an annual here (although our wind isn’t kind to the blooms). I’m thinking this may be the year it makes a comeback in our yard. I also found a faux bougainvillea bush that looks promising.

2 – I ordered this tropic duster as an easy piece to throw on for days around the pool, and it’s 40% off today with code EASY. The print is what first caught my attention (they also have a maxi dress, peplum cami and maxi skirt in the same print). But I love that this flowy duster will be even easier to toss on than a traditional cover-up! I also think dusters like this can look darling with some denim cutoffs and a tank top for a casual outfit.

3 – You guys know I’m a huge Rifle Paper Co. fan and they just launched the cutest new shoe collaboration for spring with Keds! I lived in Keds when I was younger, and they were sweet enough to gift me a pair of my choice for the launch. It was so hard to pick a favorite, but I ultimately went with these Hydrangea Vintage Champion d’Orsay Sneakers and they couldn’t be cuter! I also got this Amalfi del Mar candle which is absolutely heavenly! If you’ve followed me for any amount of time, you know the name alone is right up my alley (but the lemon, jasmine, eucalyptus and sea salt seal the deal) 😉 Kurtis says he loves it too! They also just launched the cutest umbrellas and headbands! They’re generously offering a discount code for all of you to use sitewide (excluding wallpaper)! If you use code SARAH20 from now until 5/22, you’ll get 20% off your order!

4 – I saw these faux citrus stems in person yesterday, and for the price, they’re pretty great! I used something similar in our kitchen last summer and it was one of my favorite looks ever! I’m guessing they’ll sell out pretty quickly in this price range as we head into summer. They’re not as large as the Pottery Barn versions I used and the quality is less, but if you grouped several together I think it could be really cute – especially considering the price! The larger size of this potted citrus was really cute too! That one’s not available online, but your local store may have some available.

Here’s how I styled mine in my 2020 summer home tour.

5 – Well, these might very well be the cutest berry bowls I’ve ever seen. All three colors are so good! The only berry bowl we had in the past broke, and we love having fresh, clean berries in the fridge for snacks and/or breakfast in the summer months (blueberries are our go-to). And we love berry bowls for keeping them easily accessible and fresh longer! They have a few other styles available here.

Those Rifle Paper Keds are so cute! For the berry baskets, you need to put a plate underneath, right? Otherwise it’ll drip? There are a bunch of cute ones that I’m considering as gifts. Thanks for the ideas!

Glad you love them too! And it kind of depends on the berry baskets. Sometimes I let them drip dry in the sink first so then they’re fine to place without a plate. Otherwise, if I need to put them in the fridge right away, I’ll add a plate!
