Wednesday Watch List

Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – I just realized I shared this kitchen from Ham Interiors on Instagram a while back but never shared it or the full home tour here on the blog.  I love the slightly rustic vibe paired with that gorgeous wood cabinet (which reminds me of our dining room hutch). Isn’t the overall look stunning?!

2 – Have you guys heard the news? Nordstrom is now carrying a lot of Anthropologie home & gift items! I’ll be honest – many times in the past I’d find a small item at Anthro I wanted and then I never ended up finishing my check out because it would be $7.50 to ship a $25 item or something along those lines. So, it’s great that there is now a free shipping/free returns option! I actually bought this beautiful passport cover earlier this week because my old one was badly needing to be replaced. Doesn’t the print just make you happy? You can check out the full Anthro line here. I also loving this gorgeous platter and these knobs for updating furniture or cabinets!

3 – I’ve been needing some new “yard” shoes – something I can throw on, get muddy and then hose off. I had a pair of Crocs I used, but I found that when I’d wear them in the summer months, my feet got way to sweaty in them. I’ve also really been tempted to try the Birkenstock trend (I never got on board the last time around). So, when I find these rubber Birkenstocks that are about 1/3 the cost of leather versions, I figured they’d be perfect! They come in 8 color options, but I love the white the most. I can’t wait until they arrive! I really want to try this big buckle version, but I figured I’d get my feet wet with the waterproof ones first to see if I even like the style.

4 – I can’t get enough of all the straw bags this year! And I love this half moon straw tote because it reminds me of some of the baskets we have around our home that I love so much! It’s currently on pre-order just in time for summer. I’ve also linked to a few other favorites below it that are currently in stock.

5 – I recently came across these reusable sponge cloths a few weeks ago and ordered them right away. Admittedly, we use a lot of select-a-size paper towels for basically all clean-up needs. These reusable sponge cloths are not only cute, but help you to limit your paper towel usage. They come in tons of colors and patterns, but I especially loved this otomi-like version! I love them for wiping down the counters, but there are obviously countless other uses. The best part is you can wash them in the washing machine OR the dishwasher!

I’ve been seeing those reusable sponge cloths popping up in kitchen stores, and I’ve always been intrigued. And now even more so since they can be put in the dishwasher!

That’s definitely a feature that intrigued me too! So much easier than remembering to throw in with the laundry!
