Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – I’ve admired the kitchen in this home for years on Pinterest, so it was a lot of fun to see the gorgeous home tour!

2 – Last weekend when we had a bunch of people over, I needed to bring a lot of stuff outside and pulled one of the trays off my coffee table. Long story short, it was so handy that even Kurtis realized how smart it was. On Sunday, he ran in to get us drinks and brought out an entire tray of drinks and popcorn for us to snack on by the pool. Needless to say, I was super impressed he learned so quickly and now I’m on the hunt for even more trays (that aren’t already being used in our home decor). I fell in love with this poplar and white tray (there is also a black version)!

3 – I just ordered Surf Shack after seeing so many wonderful reviews about it. Not only does it make for a beautiful coffee table book, but the design is supposed to be pretty inspiring. It’s currently the #1 seller on Amazon for interior design!

4 – This colorful sea glass vase filler is a great way to add pretty blues and greens to your summer tablescapes or vignettes. Add them to decorative wooden bowls or glass vases for a pretty pop of color!

5 – I’m actually kind of shocked by just how hard it is to find a striped outdoor mat! This is the only one I’ve been able to find that I’ve liked, but it’s not exactly cheap. But I really love it! I also found this cute outdoor mat that is much more affordable (but also not striped). Decisions, decisions!

You could easily to a DIY striped outdoor mat. Buy a plain mat, tape and spray paint.

I wondered about that too! I just didn’t want the spray paint to rub off when people rub their shoes on the mat. I may have to give it a try!
