Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend! We fit in a lot of work and play, and also celebrated my 46th birthday. It was a great weekend. We were able to accomplish quite a bit around the house too (my birthday gift request was to complete items on my honey-do list).
With that, my plan is to either share our kitchen/dining/living areas or our carriage house spaces early next week. A lot will depend on some items and when they arrive. But regardless of which space I share, I’ll then be able to share the other set shortly after! We’re still waiting on two beds, a console table, a cabinet for my office, and our outdoor dining table, but hoping within a month all of those will be delivered so I can share even more spaces.

The biggest news of all – this plaid ribbon that I used in our 2024 Christmas home tour is finally back in stock. After early fall last year, I literally never saw it return again until now. I check it often and I know many of you have been waiting for a restock! This is the seller I specifically purchased from so I know theirs is legit (I see a lot of others selling it too, but can’t speak to the quality of the items even though they look the same). We used this 4″ version in the tree and then the 2.5″ version most other places, specifically wreaths.

Here is a closer look at the wider size and how we used it on my staircase garland. Since I didn’t think I could center an entire blog post about that ribbon, I searched around for a few other favorites that have been out of stock or have been marked down quite a bit and thought I’d share those with you today!
Shortly after I shared this striped rug in our new home and design boards, it sold out in my sizes. I actually had gone to order it in two additional sizes several months ago and it was backordered. When I got a shipping notice yesterday, I realized that most sizes were now officially back. Just flip the toggle between rectangle or runner, depending on the size you need. We couldn’t be more excited that patio season is quickly approaching for us (and may have already arrived for many of you)! I was excited to see that these swivel patio chairs were restocked in the neutral cushion (they had been sold out for the latter half of the summer) and they’re still honoring the $100 reduced price for the pair! My parents have the chairs as well as the sofa & nesting tables and love them too! One of the best features that doesn’t get mentioned often enough is that they also come with custom covers. Our chair sets last nearly seven years – and were still going strong when we had to leave them behind with the sale of our last house!

Quince has finally restocked this handwoven rectangular tray again! It’s a dead-ringer for this tray we own in two sizes (the larger is shown in the Christmas ribbon image at the top of this post and our current living room in the image below) from Serena & Lily but it’s a fraction of the cost.

In fashion finds, this navy and cream dress I wore on my mom’s 70th birthday river cruise last year has been restocked! It was sold out for basically all of 2025 so I never really shared it, but they have brought it back! It’s a little more generously sized than many of their other dresses, so if you’re between sizes, I would go with your smaller size. I ordered the XL and it was a bit loose on me in the chest area. The tie around the waist makes it easy to adjust that section how you need it. It’s also now on sale, too!
Another great dress option (especially for fall!) is this brown gingham dress! It is so flattering on. It is generously sized as well, so I would order your smaller size if between sizes.
