I am sharing my summer guest bedroom updates that have a very coastal serene vibe!

Starting next week, our third round of summer guest arrivals begins and as you know, we’ve had a full house the past few weeks as well! And we couldn’t be more excited! We have two guest bedrooms in our home, but because one has a larger bed and is attached to the larger bathroom, it seems to be the one our out of town guests prefer. Today I’m sharing some fun coastal summer guest bedroom updates I made to the space last month as well as some fun home decor sale finds that are part of Wayfair’s Black Friday in July Sale ending 7/23!
Here’s a look at the newly refreshed space. I love the serene summer vibes!
This denim colored tassel blanket is one of my favorite finds this season! It essentially looks like my favorite throws, but this one is sized based on mattress size so it actually can span the entire width and length of your bed! It’s also the perfect light weight for summer!
The artwork is one of my favorite updates. The blues in the watercolor are perfect for so many spaces and I love that it comes framed in a variety of sizes (ours is the 32″x32″)!
I also finally ordered these stunning ceramic lamps that I’d been eyeing for years. The shape is almost identical to the pair we have in our office, and they are my favorite lamps we own. They come in a handful of charming colors and are sold as pairs. Side note: our striped rug from Wayfair is still going strong in the space! We added this character bead chandelier last year, and it’s still one of the best values out there for a beaded chandelier!
I featured these floral pillows in my Wednesday Watch List a month or so back, and I’m so happy I decided to try them! The quality is excellent for the price – and the down inserts are included!
I think our guests will be happy to jump into bed at night now after a “long” day in the pool 🙂 It’s the perfect, timeless, serene oasis!
