Master Bathroom Drawer Pulls

Room Makeovers + Design Plans

I finally chose drawer pulls for the master bathroom and then there was a big issue to sort out!

The master bathroom. Seriously the longest project in the history of redecorating ever. I started in February {you can read more about that here} and then gave a semi-reveal of the bathroom space here. I had some hang-ups with lighting issues so I just lost all momentum for the project. In September we hung a shelf {talk about progress right?!} but then it continue to stall. As a reminder, here’s where it currently stands {only half the room even has the second coat of paint on it}.

A white counter top and dark brown cabinet in the master bathroom.

Well, the last time Restoration Hardware had a Friends & Family sale, I ordered the Restoration Hardware Grafton Clear Glass Pulls {in the polished nickel finish}. I figured they would add just the right amount of bling to the otherwise dark and plain cabinets.

The drawer pulls arrived last week and they were even more gorgeous than I anticipated. You may have seen this picture I posted on Instagram:

The Restoration Hardware box and pulls.

So, the bad news? Apparently I don’t know how to measure for drawer pulls. And these don’t fit. And unfortunately, none of the sizes they offer will work. It totally took the wind out of my sails on this project again. Once they arrived, I totally had my heart set on them and I’ve look around my house, but all of our other pulls are different sizes. So, they’ll be going back to Restoration Hardware and my search will continue. Do you know of other home decor suppliers that carry something similar? I love the glass and polished nickel look together. Maybe sometime in 2015 I’ll finally wrap this room up 🙂 Have a great Halloween weekend!

Ugh this is exactly how I feel about my home office. We’re using the space now to restore our barstools so there’s a drop cloth and paint everywhere. Seems like the home office will never be updated!! Keep at it!

Oh I hate it when that happens. The pulls are stunning, so hang in there, you will find something.

I have been drooling over these pulls from Restoration Hardware and some accessories from Target. Right now I’m recreating your office grid wall for my bedroom in gray with the Kravet Windsor Riad print fabric I’ve been holding onto. There’s a lot of beautiful hardware out there so don’t be too sad.
