2025 Life On Virginia Street Best Sellers

As we’re about to close out the first full of the week new year, today I wanted to share the 2025 Top 10 Best Sellers on Life On Virginia Street. As most of you know, I share a weekly update in my Weekend Recap posts with the top sellers each week, but it’s fun to take all of that data in aggregate to see the all-time favorites for the year! Or maybe that’s just the math and statistics major in me coming out 😉 Before we get to the best sellers though, first and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of you that takes the time to visit my blog each day as well as those that choose to trust my recommendations. It truly means the world to me and I appreciate you all so much!

As I go through each item below, I’ll also share a little insight on each as to why I think they were so popular. You’ll see many items came from my 15 most popular blog posts of 2025, whereas others were definitely influenced by Instagram posts. I have also opted to delete a few items that made the list, if they were no longer available for purchase (which included several clothing items). So, let’s jump into the most popular items I linked to over the past year. There are likely some items you recognize, but probably a few surprises mixed in, as well! This year, I’m splitting the list into top 10 Amazon favorites and then the top 10 from all other retailers. I think that you’ll quickly see my Amazon best sellers tend to be smaller and/or more gadget-related while the other retailers tend to be more fashion and decor focused, so it’s a fun mix!

Following are the two sets of 2025 top 10 reader favorites, counting down backwards in true countdown style!

2025 Top 10 Amazon Best Sellers on Life On Virginia Street

#10 – Affordable Pinch Pleat Drapes

One of my favorite additions to our home this past year was these affordable pinch pleat drapes. They come in so many colors/lengths/widths they’re essentially custom, and we already plan to use them in several places in our new home, as well! You can read even more about the drapes, including the exact specs on what I ordered, and see more images in this post.

#9 – Faux Fur Pillows

Although these faux fur pillows weren’t featured until I shared some Christmas content, they quickly became a bestseller. My mom ordered them right away and loved them and I got to see them firsthand when we visited in December. I was blown away by the quality for the price! She has the ivory and they look so much more expensive than they are and are incredibly soft! I love that they don’t scream “holiday” either, so they can be used basically from fall until you start putting out spring decor. They come in a bunch of colors and sizes, as well.

#8 – Striped Palazzo Pants

Featured in several of my resort wear collages, these striped palazzo pants are perfect for pool to dinner! They can easily be dressed up or down and work well even when not on vacation. They come in tons of colors and various patterns.

#7 – Designer Look for Less Watch

If you’re on the hunt for a classic watch that will be chic for years to come, this designer look for less watch is a great option! I love that they offer it in a silver, gold, and a gold/silver combo finish.

#6 – Laneige Lip Mask

One of my favorite products year after year is the Laneige lip mask. Despite the name, I don’t only use it as an overnight moisture mask for my lip (although I do that too). It’s basically my go-to moisturizer throughout the day, as well, when my lips are feeling dry. I prefer the original berry scent, but they now have so many other options! I usually order several when it’s on sale, but I have yet to find anything I love more for rich lip hydration! My mom is equally as hooked on it!

#5 – Cane Vase

I’ve used this cane-wrapped vase in a number of places in multiple homes over the years. And it’s still one of my favorites! This faux baby’s breath made it in the top 20 and is a great option for this time of year when you want a floral or greenery that doesn’t feel too seasonally-oriented. It arrives pretty smashes but easy to bend and the set is really full (I’m only using one bunch below)!

#4 – One-Shoulder Bow Bikini

I did a lot of Amazon resort wear collages last year, and this one-shoulder bow bikini was a hit every single time I shared it. There are a bunch of cute color combos (this one gives me major Summersalt vibes) and the price just can’t be beat!

#3 – Cardigan Sweater

This cardigan sweater was the highest-ranking fashion item from Amazon! It was featured in a few of my collages and has been incredibly popular! It’s made of 100% cotton and comes in TWENTY colors so it is incredibly versatile!

#2 – Kitsch Dermaplaning Tool

I’m a big fan of dermaplaning. If you’re not familiar with the process, definitely do your research, but it’s essentially “shaving” your face to remove peach fuzz and dead skin. These affordable dermaplaning tools are my favorite (I’ve tried quite a few) and keep my skin so soft and your makeup will look so much better! If you’ve never tried it, the technique is fairly straightforward and quick. It sounds much more intimidating than it really is!

#1 – Velvet Bows

It was pretty wild to me to see something I didn’t share until November take the #1 spot, but these velvet bows were the clear Amazon winner! Funny enough, these blue velvet bows I used the year prior were also near the top. They both come in a lot of pretty colors and are so convenient when you love the velvet bow look but don’t want to spend hours tying them! The little twist tie makes them so easy to attach to your tree, gifts, hair, light fixtures… you name it!

2025 Top 10 Best Sellers from Other Retailers Shared on Life On Virginia Street

Next I’m sharing the top 10 best sellers from retailers other than Amazon. Here you’ll find a great mix of high/low decorating ideas, with items ranging from Walmart up to Serena & Lily.

#10 – Brushstroke Pillow Covers

I love a good Etsy pillow with designer fabric! Even though I can sew my own throw pillows, I find it actually to be much more cost-effective to purchase designer options from Etsy because you don’t have yardarge minimums to contend with. I originally bought these brushstroke pillow covers for our home, but realized they looked even better at Hola Beaches Casita with the blue upholstered bed! They’re a great one and look really pretty with floral patterns, as well.

#9 – Double Scalloped Umbrellas

Despite consistently selling out when the warmer weather rolls around, our double-scalloped umbrellas were a bestseller last year! If the light blue isn’t part of your color palette, it also comes in ten other chic colors that are perfect for lounging poolside! They hold up well in the weather and we basically leave them up in the stands year-round.

#8 – Blue Patterned Rug

We loved this affordable blue patterned rug (also here) that we bought for Hola Beaches Casita so much, we ended up buying another one for our guest bedroom!

#7 – York Sofa

Guys, can you believe that our York Sofas are now nearly NINE years old? They still look so good and we continue to love them year after year. You can read my review post if you’re interested – there are actually a lot of great comments on it as well, in regards to other fabrics people love if the performance linen isn’t your style. We’d love to sell our house furnished, and if we do, we’ve already decided we will be buying new versions of the same sofa (probably blue this time)!

#6 – Real-Touch Peonies

I’ve loved these real-touch peonies for a few years now! The coloring and texture is so beautiful, and they feel great to the touch. They’re a great option to have on hand to add a little life to a space that needs it!

#5 – Light Blue Swivel Chair

These blue swivel chairs are such an incredible budget find and have held up so well so far! I actually bought mine from a neighbor with small children that had owned them for several months. She had to move out of state unexpectedly, and since they were already on my moodboards for Hola Beaches Casita, I considered it fate. They’re such a great value and go in and out of stock frequently, but it looks like they’re back for the time being! They also come in three additional colors.

#4 – Swivel Glider Patio Set

My Walmart swivel glider patio set has made the list the last six years or so. We’re going into our seventh season with the same set – and original cushions! We used to cover them in the winter (with the included covers) but haven’t since we moved to Florida over three years ago. My parents finally bought them last year when they came back in stock in the set that includes a sofa, and are loving them as well! Side note: the coordinating ottomans are currently in stock too. I know those are out frequently, and I always like to mention when I see availability!

#3 – Orchard Bloom Rug

This Orchard Bloom Rug is still one of my favorite looks, and I have several friends that have since followed suit and bought it too! Despite the pattern, it still works as a really great neutral in a space. I will say it isn’t super soft underfoot, like most jute rugs, but with a good rug pad it makes a big difference! This one has held up beautifully for us over the years!

#2 – Soleil Linen Pants

Over the years, I’ve had a hard time finding linen pants that fit well. But these linen pants not only fit great, they come in three lengths in sizes XXXS to 3X! They were sold out in the popular colors for the latter part of the year, but many of the basic colors are back with their resort collection launch! I find them to fit true to size, and at 5’9″ (but with a very long torso, so my legs aren’t crazy long for my height), I wear the regular length with sandals and the tall size for dressier outfits or when I want to wear heels! I love the combo of both the elastic and drawstring waist.

#1 – Scalloped Jade Style Dinnerware Set

The number one spot came out of left field for me and really surprised me when I saw it! I shared these scalloped jade style dishes almost two years ago, but have continued to share them since and they took the #1 spot! They’re such a pretty option that look much more expensive than they are and work well for so many different styles of table settings! Here you can also see my favorite faux tulips which almost made the top 10 from Amazon, and this block print tablecloth wasn’t far behind that!
