1 – I really enjoyed this charming home tour from BY Interiors. How gorgeous is this breakfast nook and kitchen?! I’m also very impressed with their commitment to wallpaper. The only space I didn’t see it in was a closet! You can take the full tour here.
2 – There are a lot of cute new arrivals at J. Crew Factory for fall. This sweater is so cute in all three colors. I’m also really wanting a pair of brown pants or brown jeans this fall, so I’m thinking this pair may be the one to try!

Wine tones and purples are also going to be big for fall, and I’m really loving these finds, as well.
3 – How darling is this scalloped swivel armchair?! I could see it used in a nursery, home office, formal living area or really anywhere you want to add a little punch of character. This one has a high sellout risk at this price point.
4 – After placing our third and fourth order for this marble and brass side table, I feel like it’s time to finally share it! I first had one in our living room to test out, and loved it so much I ordered one for my office. Well then Kurtis kept stealing the one from my office to also use in the living room. So on Monday, I ordered one to replace in my office and then one for the carriage house. We use them as mobile little drink tables or to set our phones on, etc. They don’t take up much space but are high on function. We’ve also used these acrylic tables in the past (I love how they visually don’t take up much space). But these marble ones are much less prone to be knocked over. I also love that they’re telescoping so you can adjust the height as needed. They also come with two free marble coasters.
5 – I came across this gathering basket when I was perusing Brooke & Lou’s new arrivals. It is so perfect for gathering herbs or produce from the garden or carrying floral or greenery clippings from the yard. It also looks so pretty used as almost a display for any of those items. Even though it’s currently 20% off, it’s still a splurge, so I looked around for some other options and thought these were really cute too!
