Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – Every time I see this mudroom and home tour from Oliver James Interiors pop up in my Pinterest feed, it reminds me a lot of our future laundry room. Our definitely won’t be this formal or fancy, but we’ll have the lighter marble checkboard floors and then the blue gray doors. I’m excited to see how it all comes together! But this home tour has many stunning features worth checking out. I also love the pantry!

2 – This embroidered and applique floral top recently caught my eye and I love it so much in person! I ordered the XL (as I do with nearly all tops from Amazon) but it’s a little large, so I’ve already ordered the Large size. It’s such a cute top for spring and summer. It’s made of 100% cotton (but does have a polyester lining) and comes in several colors. I’m really excited about this one!
3 – Jelly sandals are everywhere right now and I think we’ll see them quite a bit through summer! There are so many fun options right now (I recently got this pair in the whiskey color and love them)! You can find a look for less in the clear option here.
Here are a few more fun jelly options. These sandals are from my friend Becky’s collection with Splendid and named after her daughter! They’re both bocce night regulars when their family is in town so they’re probably the next pair on my wishlist! I also think these link jellies are so unique and cute!

4 – Why is nobody talking about Lowe’s current patio furniture selection? I feel like I need to dedicate a whole different post to this topic alone. Ha! I was shopping for plants there prior to listing our house and ran inside to check the tropicals. So many of their patio furniture pieces caught my eye in the best way! At the time I wasn’t 100% sure we’d sell our house furnished, but now that we know we are, and we are going to need a lot of new pieces, their patio furniture is on my radar! I’m strongly considering this dining set for the new screened-in porch/catio. The full set is less than the price of just a table I was previously looking at :/ ! The contrasting piping cushions give major designer vibes, and I’m also loving these outdoor pillows to pair with it! This scalloped umbrella and conversation set are also worth checking out.
