Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – This pool house/bunk house tour from Samantha Stein Interiors is a fun one! This took some serious space planning to pack as much as they did in such a little space without it feeling like too much.

2 – Cobalt blue (along with other shades of blue) are expected to trend in a big way this year! And you know I am here for that! I’m loving these new arrivals from J. Crew in all shades of blue. They have a subtle nautical vibe that I can’t get enough of! They also just launched a really fun Olympics collection (ski and snowboard focused) that’s worth checking out! All sources are listed below the graphic.

I’m also really loving the combo of navy blue with chartreuse tones, another color that’s really having a moment right now!

I wore this sweater to dinner last night and love it! I ordered the XL but probably should have gone with the Large. I like to wear a tee under wool, but this still has plenty of room (especially in the arms). I’d say go with your usual size, but if you’re between, go with your smaller size for more of a sweater fit or your larger for more of a jacket fit.

3 – After back to back trips to both Omaha and then Salt Lake I could tell my skin and hair were so dry! I started using this Olaplex rich hydration mask immediately once we got home to give my hair a boost. I could tell a difference after one use, but it was even more noticeable after the second week (in which I used it maybe three times that week). If your hair is in need of a mid-winter hydrate session, this one is a great one! I have fairly thick hair so I used this more intense version, but they also offer this weightless nourishing mask if you prefer something a little lighter!

4 – My friend Jess recommended this daily devotional when we were at dinner last month and it was the perfect way to start the year. She has a slightly different (smaller) version, but I like that this one is a bit larger and includes the two to three Bible verses for the day (some of the other versions are meant to accompany the Bible and you have to look the verses up so it’s just a matter of personal preference). Each days’ devotional is only one page, so it’s a quick but effective way to intentionally start your day off on the right track (and would be easy to catch up since only 13 days have passed so far)! You can see the various other versions offered here.

5 – I’m operating with the hopes that we’ll sell our house furnished or partially furnished. With that, I’m designing each room how we want it and as if we were truly starting from scratch. With that, I’ve scoured more sites than I can count over the last few months looking for exactly what we want in terms of style and function. Here are some cute coastal armchairs that caught my eye at various price points. There is a very strong possibility we’ll be using these swivel armchairs in our future living room but will go with something much more budget-friendly in our carriage house.

Hi: Do you have any options for new planters or flower pots. I have noticed there are some new shapes out there from Home Depot. Just wondering what you would select. Thank you
