Wednesday Watch List

Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List (on a Thursday!), where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – I’ve been paying close attention to homes I find online where the living room and dining room are adjoined without any sort of diving walls. This beautiful Napa Valley Vineyard home tour from Mark D. Sikes shows how such a layout can be beautifully executed! We have the additional challenge in our new home of then having the kitchen open on the other side of the dining room, so this particular light installation was interesting to show how you can keep everything cohesive!

2 – I had been on the hunt for a nice white button-up shirt I could wear alone and for layering. I did a little research, and ended up buying this no iron stretch shirt and love it! I thought I’d share it today because it’s 30% off as part of Chico’s Friends & Family sale. It stays looking crisp throughout the day, and I love the slightly longer length. I have the size 2 (they have their own sizing but fairly straightforward to follow) and so I’d say it fits true to size! I’m planning to snag the navy blue option now too, since it’s on sale!

Here are some other cute and classic finds from Chico’s that are also included in the sale. All sources are listed below the graphic.

3 – I returned late last night from Palm Springs after attending the Amazon Creator Summit for the first half of the week. The item I saw over and over (and over) again? This designer-inspired woven clutch, which also includes a strap to make it a shoulder bag. I had ordered this sueded brown color but it didn’t arrive until after I had left. But I opened it up this morning and love it even more now that I could get my hands on it, rather than just seeing it from afar. I love the little pin latch to secure it closed. It comes in so many beautiful colors and is a great fall bag!

4 – If you’re still decorating for fall like I am, here are some fun pieces currently available at Wayfair. All sources are listed below the graphic.

And, if you’ve already moved on to prep for Christmas decor, they have a lot of fun finds in that department too! It has me excited to get started with my holiday decorating!

5 – Looking for a last-minute couples Halloween costume? Let me inspire you with the costume Rachel and I wore at the event this week 😉 This was such a fun (and easy) one! We also got a lot of laughs from everyone in attendance. The costume set also includes a salt shaker, so our friend Louise will wear that on Halloween here at home! Here are some other variations with single, double and triple costumes in the set!
