Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week! 1 – I love finding international properties that have coastal vibes I love but that are different from what we see every day. With access to different products and antiques and overall building styles it’s always so fun to see properties in another country that really resonate with you. This Cornish Coastal Escape in Cornwall is a recently renovated home by Sims Hilditch that was originally built in the 1980’s and is the perfect example. So beautiful throughout!
2 – Butter yellow has been the trending color for summer and there are so many cute options out there right now. Some of these picks lean a bit more ivory or cream since I know not everybody loves yellow. But many of them are 30% off today with code SHOPNOW! Sadly the butter yellow linen pants sold out since the graphic was made but several other colors/patterns are still available. If you really love the yellow, this pair is another really great option at an excellent price since it’s now an additional 40% off!

Here are a few non-yellow finds. I think this dress is so beautiful, and I plan to purchase the striped sweater. It’s so perfect for cooler nights when you need a little warmth but nothing too bulky!
3 – I’ve loved the look of these counter stools ever since they were released, so when I saw this look-for-less option I was so excited! They’re so similar and the price differential is pretty crazy! Such a fun way to add a little pop of color to a kitchen while still maintaining a clean, classic look!

4 – I missed this in my Prime Day picks, but there are a bunch of my favorite coffee table books (and books in general) that are buy 3 for the price of 2! That’s a pretty big savings on some of these. For example, The Waterfront House I recently shared is one of them. I have so many pages earmarked for inspiration for our new house! A few other recommendations are this Martha Stewart cookbook, Made for Living, Joie, India Hicks: Island Style, Blue & White Done Right, The Love of Home, etc. but there are tons of titles to choose from here.
5 – Target Circle Week is going strong and there are some really great deals there, as well. One that caught my eye is 40% off most Casaluna and Threshold bedding! The prices are pretty incredible and I find these pieces to be high-quality for the lower price tags. You do need to be a Circle member, but it’s free to join if you’re not already one.
