Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – This Carlton Landing home tour from Sara Crooks is a stunner! I found it helpful to click the first image and then scroll through with the images at full-size. Every room is gorgeous, but I particularly love the scalloped banquette backing up to the kitchen island, the sun-drenched hallway space, and all of the beautiful patterns and textures used throughout the home! Side note: I will 100% be using cafe curtains in several rooms in our new build so I love seeing them in other spaces.

2 – There are a lot of cute new arrivals over at J. Crew right now, and they just started a sale on many of them! They’re offering up to 50% off 1000s of styles and so many cute pieces as we head into the summer! All sources are listed below the graphic.

Here are a few more new arrivals I’m loving for summer! All sources are listed below the graphic.

3 – I saw a pool lounger like this one a few years ago, and I’m pretty sure it was around the $800 mark. So, as you can imagine, I don’t own it 😉 But Sunnylife recently launched this version with a removable cover and I’m strongly considering getting one! Want it personalized? Mark & Graham sells the same one here that you can add monograms to! Target also offers a few other color options here, here and here that are equally as cute! And if you love the look but need a more budget-friendly option, this one looks really great too!

4 – If you haven’t heard, the king of blue and white decor, Mark D. Sikes, has launched a collection with Pottery Barn! There are lots of citrus and blue and white finds that are so perfect for summer! Sharing a few of my favorites below (tap any image for details on each item shown). These striped picture frames are calling my name! You can shop the full collection here.

5 – I ordered The Waterfront House by designer Phoebe Howard a few weeks back and it’s a great one! I’ve already bookmarked so many pages for inspiration.

If you’re looking for even more inspiration and summer/coastal style coffee table books, here are some other finds, most of which I own! This older Phoebe Howard book is another great one! All sources are listed below the graphic.
