Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – I love this gorgeous eat-in kitchen and waterfront home tour from Andrew Howard! So many great uses of patterns and textures. I love the staircase railing, as well!
2 – I fell in love with this tie-shoulder swimsuit as soon as I saw it! The print is gorgeous and it’s a flattering cut (with full backside coverage)! I then realized there were a lot of other cute new swim finds at J. Crew Factory for summer! They’re all 50% off today too.
3 – If you’re on the hunt for an affordable console table, I was really happy with this bleached oak console table we bought for Hola Beaches Casita! It reminded me a lot of this table from Crate & Barrel for less than 1/3 of the price!
4 – My favorite oversized palm branches are on major sale right now, so I wanted to share! These guys are massive, and since I’ve yet to find a really good faux fan palm (this is my current favorite) I’ll be using more of these palm branches in our decor this summer!
