Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – It was fun to find this portfolio from a local 30A designer, Summer House Lifestyle! Lots of fun houses in the area to scroll through, from Alys Beach to Watercolor! It’s now my mission to get over to their retail shop in Grayton Beach to see what they have in store!
2 – I’ve been in need of some light jackets in Florida, since days can be warm but nights cool off quite a bit. The biggest challenge in my search is that so many now are quarter or half zips. Which I love, but I also have wanted to find some full zip jackets. They’re hard to find! But, I ordered this one as soon as I saw it! I love the colorblocking and it’s available in two other cute color options too! You guys know I’m a fan of the Free Assembly brand, and they have a lot of other cute new arrivals for spring worth checking out! This scalloped trim dress is really cute too! From Time & Tru, this top reminds me a lot of designer Farm Rio and this eyelet scallop dress couldn’t be cuter!
3 – Serena & Lily is offering 20% off sitewide (including sale styles) with code SPRING for their Spring Design Event. This post is from last spring, but it shares many of our favorites from over the years. The sale also includes their new arrivals! We recently bought this bed, which is already marked down 30% and you get the additional 20% off as well. It is stunning in person and was delivered very quickly!
4 – Floral prints are trending in a big way this spring and summer. I have mixed thoughts on several of the ones I’ve seen lately. But, I saw this floral pillow in person a few weeks back, and it’s really beautiful! It may have even convinced me to try the look for spring! The colors are more vibrant in person, so it helps feel a little less 90’s to me. Ha! But if you scroll all the way down on the product listing, the color where this pillow is laying on the floor in front of all the other pillows feels a bit more true to life than the first stock photo. The image below is fairly accurate too. You can see some helpful pillow pairing ideas here for inspiration. I’m really loving that first pairing with all the pinks, too!
5 – Lots of fun new arrivals this morning over at J. Crew for spring! I was immediately drawn to this gingham bow front top, this graphic tee (why can’t I find any others this year?!) and this cute long-sleeve striped polo. Use code GOSHOP for 25% off most items!

The florals at PB are a shocker to me! If I didn’t know it was PB, I would have thought Ballard Designs.
