Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

– When we arrived in Florida on Sunday, we finally got to see our lot that we’ll be building on for the first time since we went under contract! We had driven by it when we were here earlier this year, but nothing was official at the time. And since that point, a few other homes are now under construction on the street. The area is really starting to take shape! Long story short, it has me even more excited to start planning out each of the rooms (even if we are a year or so out from moving in). This home from Kara Miller Interiors has inspiration at every turn! Several of these images are saved on my Instagram and I didn’t realize they were from the same home!

– I bought this v-neck maxi dress for Florida in the Pinkpurple color and it’s one of my new favorites! I ordered an XL (because Amazon clothes rarely fit me) and I probably could have gone with a Large. So I’d say it fits true to size unless you want it a little flowy-er, a longer length or to use as a coverup. The material is soft and the colors are vibrant. So easy to throw on and wear casual or more dressed up – plus it has pockets!

– How great is this new outdoor rope conversation set that Walmart x Gap Home just launched?! It has excellent reviews and the price is pretty incredible (especially since they just knocked $50 off)! I’m seriously considering it for the new little area carved out by our outdoor bar. It also comes in navy blue!

– I’m not currently in the market for a designer bag, but if I were, this Gucci Marmont Matelasse Shoulder Bag would top my list. I’m not usually drawn to most Gucci and Chanel handbags because I typically prefer more casual styles that I can use everyday. I’m definitely not one to swap out my purses until it’s necessary. BUT, this bag is a total dream. Does it not look like it was made for me?! It’s so cute and so unique that I thought I’d share it in case anyone else was on the hunt for something. There’s also this more neutral version as well as a tote version where the stripes run down the sides.

– I bought this Amalfi Lemon & Mint Scented Candle last time we were in Florida and the scent is absolutely heavenly! It’s not like a traditional lemon candle, in that the citrus isn’t overpowering. It almost reminds me more of like a lemon loaf smell, where the mint helps make it even more interesting. We started burning it again this week, and Kurtis has even commented multiple times about how much he likes this one!
