Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

– I enjoyed this article and images about Hillary Taylor’s design studio office along with some of her best organizing tips. Granted, this is for an office for an interior design studio, but there are so may elements that could be applied in a home office setting!
– There are a bunch of cute new winter arrivals at J. Crew Factory, and I’m digging all the pretty pastels with fun pops of color. I’m most excited about this striped button-front sweatshirt. It comes in four perfect colors and I kind of want them all!

– This designer look-for-less navy rattan cane mirror is a pretty incredible price for the size! And if you prefer a natural look over navy, this option is very similar and slightly larger! This wood cabinet is also a beautiful new arrival!
– The early spring Hearth & Hand collection launched at Target this week and I’m loving so many of the new arrivals. This slatted wood accent chair is a gorgeous one, and something I’m considering for a project! It gets excellent reviews, and I love that the indigo cushions still feel like a neutral, but with a little more personality! It’s a great option if you’re on a tight budget! I’m also loving this natural woven tray (comes in two sizes)!
– January and the early months of the year tend to be project and makeover months around here! We’re much more productive when the weather forces us inside, so I’ve been sourcing products like crazy lately! I absolutely love the versality (and colors) of these 4-light lanterns! They’d be perfect in an entryway, over a kitchen island, in a breakfast nook – really anywhere!
