Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention over the past week! Can you believe tomorrow marks the first anniversary of my Wednesday Watch List series? I hope you’re all loving it as much as I love compiling it. If you’re interested, you can check out my very first Wednesday Watch List post here (still one of my favorites) or scroll through all of the WWL posts in backwards chronological order here.

1 – I’ve been thinking a lot about this bathroom since I saw it on Pinterest. I love how the dark vanities don’t detract from a light and bright bathroom (especially since this is about the tone of our current vanity). It makes me think with a few more cosmetic changes (particularly lighter flooring), we really could have a brighter bathroom that we would truly love.
2 – I recently ordered two new coffee table books and they arrived yesterday: Allegra Hicks: An Eye for Design and Katie Lee’s Endless Summer Cookbook. A few months back I talked about the three coffee table books my parents gave me for Christmas (Elements of Style, Sarah Style and Bread & Wine). I love the Allegra Hicks book for it’s external beauty for styling on coffee tables (yes, a little ridiculous, I know). I have heard amazing things about the recipes in the Endless Summer Cookbook, and with the dust jacket off, I think the look of this one is equally as stunning. Win win, right? I’m picturing it on a recipe stand in a kitchen against a white backsplash. Yes, I know books are for reading, but they can be read and be beautiful too! 🙂
3 – This week, I joined a group of four other design/decor bloggers on Instagram (Claire Brody Designs, This Is Happiness, Simply Stylings Blog and designPOST) with a fun inspiration hashtag: #YourHomeStyle. Each Tuesday, we will ask you to use the hashtag to share the space we are featuring for the week. Then on Monday, we will share our favorite across all of our feeds! Even if you aren’t an instagram user, or you don’t want to share your own projects, it is an easy place to search for a TON of decor inspiration, simply by searching the hashtag on Instagram. You can read more about the Your Home Style challenge here. This week we are featuring master bedrooms.
4 – Shea at Studio McGee launched her fabric line and pre-made pillows on Monday, and the collection is stunning. I am quickly trying to figure out where I can use that fiddle leaf fig pattern before it sells out!
5 – This is one of the cutest fashion DIYs I’ve seen in a while. Mallory from Charming in Charlotte took a pair of Target heels and customized them multiple ways with tassels. Check out her post for the full tutorial. There is a decent chance I’ll be rocking one of these looks soon!

Ohh those coffee table books are gorgeous! We’re looking at potentially moving into a new apartment this summer and those would be perfect for our new space! Fingers crossed!
