Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch list, where I share the things that captured my attention this past week!

I came across this scalloped tote on Pinterest Monday night and instantly fell in love. Because: A) The scallops B) The color options C) The scallops! And the contrasting color on the inside of both color options is amazing.

2 – I am dying over this gorgeous coastal home tour {it’s in Australia!} via House of Turquoise. I’ve ultimately decided so legit faux palm leaves are on my “must find” list this spring. I love how fresh they look in a simple glass vase.

3 – This picture probably caught you off guard 😉 But I absolutely loved this post from Mandy at Vintage Revivals. The Ever Intrusive Future Homeowner. Everything she said completely resonates with me and I’m pretty sure it will with you, too. I really feel like I try and make this home “ours” without fear of the future homeowner, but I know it can be tough. But, like Mandy mentions, who picks their all time favorite space on Pinterest and it’s a sea of beige and boob lights. Nobody. Yet builders still build to it. You’re never going to please ever single buyer when you go to sell. Make your home what you want it to be. It’s what makes it home!

4 – I am loving this Kate Spade pillow that is now on clearance for $14.99! It would pair well with so many florals and smaller graphic prints. And no, I didn’t intentionally pick two Kate Spade items to share this week.

5 – One our trip to Mexico last week, my friend Teisha {of Faith Custom Jewelry} made all of the women gorgeous necklaces, customized for each of us. I am in love with the one she made for me and I think many of you were as well based on comments I received on it. Check out her store’s Facebook page if you want to see more of her handmade creations. She also does custom orders!

Sounds like you had a great trip–so glad to hear it! I love that KS bag; it would match the Lilly top I’m drooling over perfectly!

I needed to read the section about it being our home not the home of whomever buys it when we decide to sell. As a realtor it is so hard for me not to make things as neutral as possible but, you are correct, we can’t make everyone happy. So, I’m going to start doing what makes me happy too! Thank you!!
