Fashion and Beauty, Wednesday Watch List

Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week! Although there’s still snow on the ground, it got above 40 degrees this week for the first time in a long time. That’s put me in the mood for bright colors and all things spring!

1 – Remember when I said I was feeling the warm-weather vibes? This closet is serious goals and so much fun to look at! The image comes from a new-to-me online boutique that has so many great home and fashion pieces – including that banana leaf wallpaper! And their selection of jewelry and accessories is pretty killer!

2 – I’m loving this lip plumping gloss so much I have it in two colors (Rosewood and Berry)! It has a minty tingle effect to give you that lip plumping action but I also love the texture and feel (not sticky). The Rosewood color is a bit more natural and neutral and the berry is a really pretty sheer pop of color without being too bold or opaque. The plumping effect isn’t extreme but I do like how it makes my lips look when I’m wearing it!

3 – I think these striped mules are the cutest shoes for spring! And the fine stripe almost acts as a neutral again most things, so they could be very versatile!

4 – I’m loving the unique texture and shape of this twill navy vase! I reminds me so much of these linen-textured lamps we have and still love! The vase is perfect for fresh spring blooms or left alone as an accent piece!

5 – I ordered this book after my friend Kelley Nan recommended it, and can’t wait to dig in more! My mom and sister-in-law have a side hustle doing flowers for weddings and other events, and I’ve always wanted to be better at arranging vases and bouquets! One of my goals this year is to learn more about the process, especially since a lot of it comes down to having the right tools and techniques. I love that the book is broken down seasonally and also has tips on growing your own flower gardens and which flowers work best based upon zones and seasons. I’m thinking of trying this book next because I’m enjoying this one so much!

I was so surprised those are Lauren Conrad shoes, I work for Kohl’s and didn’t realize we had those cute one! I went right away and picked them up!
