Welcome to this week’s edition of the Wednesday Watch List, where I share random things that were on my mind throughout this past week. Enjoy!

1 – If you haven’t seen this master suite and home addition from Erin Gates of Elements of Style, you are missing out. The bedroom is stunning, the en suite is gorgeous, really, her entire house is flawless at this point. I love her mix of high and low pieces {including my favorite little urchins I’ve posted about in a prior Wednesday Watch List that are seen hanging above her bed – which can also be used tabletop}. Be sure to check out the entire reno for some major eye candy.

2 – My friend Jill came across this recipe for Sage Ginger Prosecco Cocktails on the West Elm blog and we decide to give it a try on New Year’s Eve. I had never made a simple syrup before and it really was simple! I may be trying more in the future. And given that we went through more bottles of Prosecco than we had women in attendance, I would say this drink was a hit!

3 – I came across these pillows last week and thought they were a perfect alternative to the much pricier designer versions. As in 3-4 times less. The best part? They come in nine different colors so they are pretty much guaranteed to work with the colors in your decor. And just this week, they are now buy three get the fourth free, which would make them only $15 each if you bought four. Score!

4 – As I mentioned Monday, I have kitchens on my brain. Although this one is a bit outside of my comfort zone, it is absolutely stunning. In fact, if I had a home that was more of a Spanish influence, my entire house would look like this. Seeing the before and afters, it is crazy how different the space looks once it was transformed from Tuscan to modern Spanish. The tile work throughout is jaw-dropping. I think it’s a home tour you won’t want to miss, regardless of your own personal style.

5 – As you all know, I have a slight lighting obsession. I am actually working on a full look-for-less lighting post but for now, I wanted to share this orb chandelier. It is one of the most affordable I have found in a long time, especially for a five-light version. I have two similar ones {that I paid nearly double for – and thought they were a good deal} that are waiting for an electrician to come hang in our tall entryway. They’ve been waiting for nearly six months, so hopefully someday soon…

This is a great round-up! I, too, love Erin Gates’ design style and I pretty much love all of her work — especially her house! I got her book for Christmas and loved it so much. Thanks for the link for the pillows, too! Those are so cute and I just love the Greek key pattern.
