Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – This Texas beach home makeover shows just how powerful paint can be! The master bedroom is absolutely stunning and the sitting room off the master is the stuff dreams are made of!
2 – With the new hardwoods in the office (I can’t wait to share with you next week!), it has become quickly apparently that we need rolling office desk chairs. I was so close to buying these chairs (mostly because you can get a more driftwood-like finish for the base). But in the end, I just couldn’t justify the expense, and when I found these chairs for almost have the cost, I was giddy! Even moreso, when I realized the PB versions had crazy high shipping and handling costs, and these had free 2-day shipping. Kind of a no brainer. I haven’t assembled them yet, but based upon the reviews, I’m sure we’ll love them! The chair is also available here, and it seems to rotate which site is cheaper.
3 – As mid-August approaches, I start planning for fall (even if I’m in denial). With blog home tours in September, I have to start planning our home’s fall look and this year, I’m really wanting a good paisley fabric for some pillows. I fell in love with this one (shocker – it’s super expensive). I love that navy blues mixed with lighter blues and the subtle olive green tones. But I’m also loving this one (see a pre-made pillow here) and this one. The truth is, I haven’t searched for new fabrics for quite some time, so I’m kind of in a rut finding the perfect one for fall!
4 – This Tory Burch velvet bag hit my inbox yesterday and my jaw dropped. If you’ve read here long, you know velvet is one of my favorite ways to update decor for fall and this bag is on my ‘it’ list. It also comes in pink (you can also get both colors here) but this olive green color is so good.
5 – Speaking of velvet, I can’t get enough of these velvet smoking slipper flats! They come in this gorgeous blue color but I’m also thinking the ‘Moonlight’ color is gorgeous!

Love that fabric!
Hate to say it, though, but I’ve returned every purchase I’ve made from Sole Society. They look much better in the page. The fit has been off or stiff and the leatherette goods dont hold up to they eye in person. Sad cuz I love their designs!
