Walmart Fashion Finds for Summer

Last week I shared some of my favorite new Walmart home decor finds for summer! And today, I’m back with some of my favorite summer fashion finds.

This post is sponsored by Walmart and contains affiliate links for your shopping convenience. Click here to read my full disclosure policy.

I shared a bunch of Walmart outfits last fall and winter, but I haven’t been as great about sharing my fashion finds this spring and summer! Today I’m going to focus on one of Walmart’s exclusive brands I’ve loved since they launched: Free Assembly. I shared a bunch of their premium denim last year, but today I’m focusing on comfy and casual looks! The line includes so many great basics as well as on-trend sundresses. This brand is also produced in Fair Trade & LEED Certified facilities, aimed to protect both the environment and the workers! I’m still rocking my quarantine bod, so I love that they have so many figure-flattering pieces that are also comfy and polished.

Most of the items I selected have actually since been marked down for Walmart’s 4th of July sale, so the prices are even more affordable!

Consider this first look my summer uniform! Give me all the pull on stretchy waist shorts and comfy tees! I sized up in these pull on shorts to an XL because I saw they didn’t have much stretch and I wanted them extra comfy. They’re a little baggy, so I probably should have stuck with my regular size. But I love them so much! And this u-neck tee is great quality and I love that it’s slightly shorter, but long enough for me to still do a front tuck if I want to. These easy slide sandals are so easy to throw on with virtually any outfit. They fit true to size, but I’d order up half a size if you’re between sizes.

Walmart fashion finds for summer including blue and white striped shorts, a u-neck t shirt, and white slide sandals.

And, while I love comfy clothes that include shorts and tees, if I’m going out, a cute sundress can sometimes feel more elevated and just as comfy! So perfect for summer barbecues or dinners out. I would likely wear this out with taller sandals but this linen-like striped dress couldn’t be cuter in person! It fits true to size and is so comfy! It comes in several solid colors as well. My favorite aviator sunglasses are also on sale this weekend!

This t-shirt dress with cuffed sleeves might just be my favorite of the purchases in my order. I sized up to an XL, because I don’t like clingy t-shirt dresses. This one is comfy, cute, and so easy to wear for a number of occasions! I also love that it feels long enough for my 5’8″ frame! It comes in eight solid colors, plus this cute striped version, and you won’t believe the price! I’m tempted to order more to use as bathing suit coverups too!

I actually also ordered the midi tank version of the same dress so you can see them here for comparison purposes! I really like both styles, but prefer the shorter one on me.

And just for laughs, I had ordered this chambray shirt for Kurtis when I placed my order. I asked if he wanted to model it for us and he struck a Zoolander pose. It was so good, I couldn’t not share it with you guys. He calls this pose “the lookaway”. 😉 He really does love this shirt though! It gives the look of linen without the constant wrinkles (it hadn’t actually been ironed yet when he had it on here). He’s in his usual size Large. It really is a good one!

Here are a few more favorites from the Free Assembly line at Walmart that I love! Click any of the images below to learn more about each of the items.
