spring clothing love

I can’t really complain about our winter this year. In the last week it has been in the 50s, 60s, and one day near/over 70 degrees {even though snow is forecasted this weekend}. We have had little snow {four inches tops?} – yet I am still itching for spring/summer and all that it brings. I literally get giddy when resort and/or spring catalogues come out. I just can’t turn away from the bright colors and promise of warmer weather! Check out the latest that have gotten me excited – common themes are brights and denim/chambray:

I even set foot in the Gap last weekend for the first time in ages! And loved every minute of it. Remember when I promised neons would be back big? Well, its official and I love it! My favorite items at Gap were:

These have officially become the pants I want if I ever get totally in shape {although even then, I’m not sure my natural shape will allow for anything toothpick}. I LOVE these especially with a denim or chambray top and the coral color is to die for.

And I’m 99% sure I am going to get this bikini for Maui. I just can’t resist anything stripes or nautical themed. They even have a matching rash guard and board shorts {although I likely won’t buy either of them}.

Ann Taylor Loft also has some really cute items this spring. But, their images are flash, so I can’t post them. But there are some killer orangish/red pants with gold buttons in their windows I really want. Have you seen them? And I bought a kelly green/navy stripe silk polo recently. So preppy and springish I just just couldn’t resist {especially since all full-price items were 30% off}!
