Sold!

This post is a little late, but our house sold on 10/22 after only 6.5 days on the market! We were pretty excited and will walk away with a little more than we expected. The inspection was yesterday and it sounds as though there are no major issues but we meet with our realtor tomorrow to go over the specifics.  Next up – we have to pass the appraisal!
