I mentioned in this post that I recently fell in love with Schumacher’s Kelmscott Manor fabric. But it wasn’t going to be a reality for the guest bedroom, given that it was $128 per yard the cheapest place I found it. But, once again, eBay came to the rescue. Â I am the proud winner of an auction for this fabric for $45 for TWO AND A HALF yards! That’s over $300 worth of fabric – for 85% off retail! I’m beyond excited.
I love how Etsy seller Elegentouch pairs this fabric with some of my other all-time favorite prints. Check out her store for other great fabric pairings – there are a lot of great ideas {you’ll recognize another of my pairings in my Office Inspiration Board}.

As you may remember, I have some brown Imperial Trellis on hand {as well as several colors of Windsor Smith’s Riad fabric}.
I’m excited to incorporate the deep blues and greens into the room and I think the roman shades I ordered will be the perfect complement to this fabric. The floral will be a nice, soft contrast to the angular board and batten wall. I’m excited for it to arrive and to get to work on the pillows!
