Can you believe tomorrow is the official start of summer and the 4th of July is only two weeks away?! Today I’m sharing some of my favorite red, white and blue favorites that are perfect for summer outfits as well as entertaining!

Growing up in Utah, the entire month of July felt very patriotic. Not only was there the 4th of July, but there was also Pioneer Day on the 24th. With that, there were a lot of celebrations the whole month long and a whole lot of red, white, and blue! Today I’m sharing some of my top picks to celebrate the month, as well as the whole summer season. It’s a mix of things that are very patriotic, but also some items that are more understated and could really be used year-round! I love stars, I love stripes, and I love them all together, so a little bit of everything.
Anyone remember when we went “sailing” on our friends’ pontoon boat on one of the dune lakes back in January? I wore this all-time favorite American flag sweater (a major splurge) with my $18 favorite Walmart jeans (which I noticed finally got restocked – in three washes!) and these woven shoes (which have sold out in this color but similar styles are available)! It’s all about the high/low mixing, just like interiors 😉
