My Soul Will Rise

Decorating Ideas, Tips and Trends

You all probably know I’m a huge fan of Lindsay Letters and that my ‘O Holy Night‘ canvas is one of my most prized possessions. Well, I was perusing her site the other night and found my latest obsession: the ‘My Soul Will Rise’ canvas.

As if the saying and the colors weren’t enough, here is her description of the piece:

“I grew up in a small Lutheran church singing the song Holy, Holy, Holy. This hymn still brings me tears and fond memories when I hear it. I recently went to California to visit some amazing girlfriends and fell so in love with that beautiful place! This piece is in honor of Jesus, and California, and sunrises, and sunsets, and oceans, and friendship. And how they warm my soul.”

This piece must have been custom-made for me! LOVE. I just have to figure out where to put it and which size I “need” and then it’s going on my Christmas list!

There’s also a really good possibility I will buy one or two {or five} of the print versions of my O Holy Night canvas so I can have one in each room! I’m loving this gold foil version:

Perfection! In fact, I’d be happy with one of every thing on her site.
