On Friday, my Christmas gift arrived from the husband. I ordered a pair of linen club chairs {they came as a set} from Overstock Sunday night and I received a call from the freight company Thursday that they were ready for delivery at our home. Overstock never ceases to amaze me with their low prices {I was even able to use an extra 10% off coupon on this order} and free shipping {especially since they had to send these out on a private freight truck!}
If you recall the bonus room looked like this for awhile but with my new color scheme also showing up {the blues and greens}, it was a hot mess for a long time. I then sold the chairs here and the room has been sitting rather empty. And our little Sissy has been pouting ever since. She really loved those chairs…notice she is sitting exactly where her chair used to be. I eventually moved this pillow over so she had a little padding.
This is how the chairs arrived – they were already assembled and in individual boxes on a pallet. You’ll notice the standard sized door in the background. That’s how huge this thing was!
But, no worries for Sissy – she has a chair back! And if she looks upset, its only because she doesn’t want me taking her pictures while she is trying to fall asleep – not because she doesn’t love her new chair! I really love them as well – it is so nice to finally have some neutral linen chairs rather than the pattern we had before. I think these also look so much nicer than their Overstock price – even the husband likes them. A win-win for all!
