This beautiful California modern farmhouse home tour has many stunning details that I wanted to share with you.
A few weeks back, I had the privilege of photographing a local 2018 Omaha Street of Dreams home for my friend Nancy, owner of Pearson & Company. She’s one of my favorite local designers and the home she designed did not disappoint! The style is California Modern Farmhouse, and every detail is perfection! I found the home and details so inspiring and wanted to share more of it with you today!
Some additional details on the home:
Interior Design: Pearson & Company
Builder: Landmark Performance Homes
Price: From the $400s to low $800s
Finished Square Footage: 5,260
Although the Street of Dreams is now over so you can’t view the home in person any longer, I’m happy to report that this home won Best Interior Design this year!
A few things to note before we jump into this home tour! I’ve included some ‘get the look’ items along the way to help you achieve a similar look in your own home. However, if you want to purchase a specific item seen in the tour, please reach out to Nancy (you can also email her at nancy@pearsonandcompany.com) to order. The main paint color used throughout the home is Sherwin Williams City Loft and the flooring is an engineered white oak, but we do not have the brand. I hope you enjoy the tour!

This is the only exterior shot I got was while I was there, as there were still a lot of work vans in front of the house before the show opened. But here’s a general of idea of the beautiful curb appeal!
The entry way is filled with bright light and gorgeous beams! Such a great entrance!
This is one of my favorite views in the entire home!
As you head through the entryway, your greeted by this gorgeous living room! Although some of the features lean more towards a modern style, the room still feels warm and cozy! It was one of my favorite spaces in the entire home!
The chandelier made such a perfect graphic statement against the ceiling! It all tied together so well!
The kitchen is just off the living room and is clean, light and bright! I loved how the beams were continued into the space to add some warmth. The large white kitchen island with waterfall edges was beautiful!
I was just a bit obsessed with the cement pears in the large dough bowl on the island.
The kitchen also led out onto a large deck for outdoor entertaining.
The dining space is off the kitchen and I love the clean and simple look!
Right behind the dining space is this cute room designed for homework or as a second office.
The office is right off the entryway, and I love the over-sized board and batten treatment installed on the walls!
The view from the desk is a stunner too!
There is also a cute powder bath on the main level, between the garage and main entryway. The board and batten treatment was carried in here as well.
Let’s head upstairs! The staircase was a work of art! It connects all three levels and when you look down from the top, you can see all the way to the basement!
I always love Nancy’s use of gorgeous oversized abstract art in all of her homes she designs!
There are three kids rooms on the upper level.
I love the simple, unfussy way they were all styled! Each of the bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom.
The boys’ bedroom is simple and classic.
The master bedroom was very spacious and had it’s own area to watch TV. I love all the neutral decor accented by those beautiful black windows!
These wood tripod lamps are my new favorite!
The master bathroom was spacious with tons of natural light!
The laundry room was connected to the main hallway upstairs, as well as access through the master bedroom closet. The navy blue cabinets were beautiful!
The upper level also has a bonus room between the master bedroom and the hallway leading to the other bedrooms.
I loved the more relaxed and casual vibe of the space!
As you go down to the basement, the bar area was the main focus. I love how Nancy decorated with unique, vintage wooden bowls on the shelves!
I hope you enjoyed this home tour as much as I did! Have a great weekend!

What an incredible house. But, as a Californian, what caught my eye was the price! I had to laugh as you are not going to begin to purchase anything of the quality of this house in California for anything under a couple of million or maybe more depending on location. Oh to have a house like this!!!
