Cake pops are delicious to eat and look amazing when displayed!

Chocolate cake pops on sheet with sprinkles on it.
Cake pops are old news, but now that Starbucks has them on their menu, I feel like they are new again.  Why does it feel so much less unhealthy when you only eat a bite-sized morsel? Seriously, they are delightful if you haven’t tried them yet.
The original:  Bakerella:
Pink cake pops with a bite taken out of one.
Cake pops that look like ice cream cones.
A few others:
Blue and white cake pops on a dessert table.

Multi colored cake pops standing up.
{Starbucks version – I have tried the tiramisu – not great – and the rocky road which I surprising loved – the only one I still need to try is red velvet cake – Janine, have you tried it yet?}

Since I love my niece so much, I may plan to make some of these and bring them to her confirmation at the end of April!  Not sure if we need to bring food, but I figure no one would pass these up 🙂
