Last night, we broke our nearly month-long streak of not eating out. Because, let’s be honest – sometimes you just need chips and salsa, some tacos and a margarita. But, we’re determined to stay on track and carry on our resolution from last year to eat at home much more frequently. Ideally, we’d like to limit eating out to only twice per month. With that being said, the new year inspires me to try new recipes and find meals that will make us want to eat at home more frequently. Today I’m sharing 20 delicious 30 minute meals to try this year!
