White Painted Brick English Farmhouse Tour

Today I’m excited to share a gorgeous white painted brick English farmhouse style Omaha home tour! I was asked to photograph this home recently, and any time I can find a unique Omaha home with gorgeous furnishings, it’s hard to say ‘no’ to!

Funny story. Last fall, Kurtis and I were doing a random Saturday morning drive around some new areas in Omaha. We both did a double-take when we saw a gorgeous white painted brick home.  This was shortly after we painted our home Benjamin Moore White Dove, and after living in a sea of brown, taupe and gray houses, it was refreshing to see another white home! I told him instantly that I knew the house would be a good one.

So, imagine my surprise when I pulled up to my latest photo shoot to find that I was photographing that house! I can’t wait to show you everything that’s inside this gorgeous English farmhouse! So much inspiration!

The bulk of the furnishings throughout were sourced locally. And since I know a lot of my readers aren’t local, along the way, I’ll also be sharing ways to get a similar look to each room. However, if you want exact sources (where they aren’t already listed), please reach out to the contacts listed below, and they may be able to help you purchase them. And if you’re local, be sure to check out the end of the post for times for when you can tour the home in person this weekend! Enjoy the tour!

The home also features original furniture by Ben Petersen (Timbersmith Goods), original art by local artist Megan McCleay, dried floral arrangements by Kathryn Vontz (Prairie Wild) and linens provided by The Linen Gallery.

As I mentioned, the exterior of the home immediately drew me in. The mixtures of brick and board and batten look gorgeous painted in Sherwin Williams Pure White. The shutters are stained with a walnut stain, and the front door and garage doors are Sherwin Williams Iron Ore. They create such a striking contrast!

As you enter the home, you’re greeted by this gorgeous Dutch office door off to the left. The main wall color throughout is Benjamin Moore Shale unless otherwise noted. All trim is Benjamin Moore Cloud Cover. The entryway door (which you see off to the left in the image below) is Sherwin Williams Iron Ore.

Darling Dutch door leading to a home office. Paint colors is Benjamin Moore Yorktowne Green.

The paint color on the door is Benjamin Moore Yorktowne Green and it pairs beautifully with the gorgeous brass fox door knocker!

I absolutely love the office! The walls are packed with personality, even though it still reads very neutral! It’s spacious enough to use as a conversation room or a home office.

As we continue into the main living area, you get a good glimpse at the gorgeous French oak floors. The flooring is the Hallmark Organic Collection in Gunpowder. They are absolutely stunning!

A spacious English farmhouse living area. The French oak floors are from the Hallmark Organic Collection in Gunpowder. I love large brass chandeliers and the leather ottoman coffee table.

The living area is spacious and the large sliding doors open to an adjoining deck.

I love the gorgeous collection of pillows that Amethyst Home used in here!

This is one of my favorite views and really shows the English farmhouse vibes that you’ll find throughout!

The kitchen is definitely one of the most gorgeous features of the home. The island is also painted Benjamin Moore Yorktowne Green and it makes for such a beautiful statement in an otherwise all white kitchen!

White kitchen cabinets with island painted Benjamin Moore Yorktowne Greene. I love the sliding ladder and the leather and iron counter stools.

The leather pulls on some of the drawers were an immediate favorite of mine!

I also left the photo shoot trying to sneak this faux Japanese maple arrangement under my coat. It is so life-like and we loved it so much you’ll notice it appearing in other images throughout the post.

The bright red range is a fun feature, especially if you’re a Husker fan!

And who doesn’t want a ladder in their kitchen?! The gorgeous vintage runner is also from Amethyst Home.

The dining room is spacious and overlooks the private back yard. The art featured is from local artist, Megan McCleay.

The master bedroom is off of the main entryway. I love the painted ceiling (Benjamin Moore Midnight Blue) in combination with the white board and batten walls!

The real star of the master bedroom is the master bathroom. It is one of my favorite spaces in the entire home! From the gorgeous tile selections to the dreamy shower to the gorgeous cabinets, I just can’t get enough of this space! The wall color in here is Benjamin Moore Collingwood and the floor tile is Bellavita Tile from the Memory Series in the Cross pattern and Storm color.

This cabinets are a total stunner in person. I love that they opted to go with a dark stain on the center cabinet! The gold hardware stands out beautifully!

A double white vanity with walnut stained linen cabinet, oval iron mirrors, blue and white patterned backsplash tile, and gold fixtures.

And can we talk about the back splash, faucets and basically everything else?! The overall look is absolutely stunning! That backsplash is from Sunderlands in Omaha, but the brand is Winchester Tile in the “On Helmington Vintage Mix”. It’s hard to see in photos, but both the color and texture are so good! Most of the accents here can be found at Amethyst Home.

The bath area is serene and filled with beautiful natural light – but also privacy!

Every detail in the shower is gorgeous – even down to the drain!

The master closet is spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to the vaulted ceilings and large south facing windows. The wall color here is also Benjamin Moore Collingwood.

One of my favorite aspects of the home is all of the unique tile they use throughout! Such fun statements that add major personality to the room.

The laundry room off the entryway (which is also attached to the master closet) is full of colorful tile.

All of the bedrooms on the second level are attached to a bathroom as well – each with unique tile of their own. The cabinet color here is Benjamin Moore Kendall Charcoal.

The shower in this space is filled with beautiful patterned tile as well! The cabinet color here is also Benjamin Moore Kendall Charcoal.

The second level also has a large bonus room in addition to the three bedroom. The plaid wallpaper adds to the English farmhouse vibe and the hanging beds add a playful and functional element to the space.

The room is spacious and perfect for entertaining!

As you head down to the basement, you’re greeted by this gorgeous bar and wine cellar area. The adjoining living room is a white board and batten dream, and you’ll also find another bedroom and bathroom in the basement as well. Those spaces aren’t furnished so I didn’t photography them, so you’ll have to see them in person!

This is such a fun home to tour and to look for some new inspiration! If you’re local and looking for something to do this weekend, swing in to take the tour!

Thank you for sharing your tour of this beautiful home. Every aspect, from flooring , wall coverings, furniture, décor and color palettes were evidently carefully considered. We followed room to room, while our favorites likewise changed from one room to the next. We have to say that the patterned tiles chosen for different spaces were on point. Oh the colors! Lovely!

I ❤️ Every square inch! With the exception of what you generously call “shutters.” Unless they are operational, I think that, once slapped on a house they look like the eyebrows of a matron at a woman’s prison in Siberia. Having let out that rant, I reiterate: I ❤️ every square inch….

Fantastic home. It’s nice to see a home builder taking risks on a spec home with personality. Brass fixtures are back! And I loved the stained farmhouse door casing in the front entry.
