1 – If you love a good neutral coastal home, this North Shore home tour via Ross Built Custom Homes is not to be missed. They have a very similar weave on their walls to what I’m envisioning for a few spaces in our new house! The home is stunning and proves that neutrals aren’t boring! There’s loads of texture and unique elements and it really helps the views to the outdoors shine!

2 – I used this cute seersucker style top  in a recent collage (further down in the post) and decided to order it since the price was so great. I went with the XL, as I usually do with most Amazon clothes, and I love it! It’s such a cute top for spring and comes in several colors. There isn’t any stretch in the fabric, but it does fit more loosely around the arms and midsection (but is more fitted in the chest with the darts). So I’d stick with your regular size or size up if you have a larger chest!

3 – I’ve been seeing these wall vessels popping up in images all over, and I love them so much! I finally went to order one after I had a spot picked out for it in our new house, and they’re currently sold out. Since I have a little time (and really want the polished nickel finish) I’m going to try and wait for a restock. But I’ve also rounded up several alternatives below the image.

4 – Tarte Cosmetics is offering some “hot steals” through tomorrow. You can get my favorite Maracuja Juicy Lip Balm Glosses for only $10 instead of $27! My favorite color is Rose but I have so many other colors, as well, and love them all. You can check out all of the other hot steals here. 5 – We just hung this light fixture in what I refer to as the cat bedroom and we were both really happy with the quality! We never hung a light in here previously (we just used the can lights) but we’re trying to get it all staged for listing and I knew it needed a fixture! This one definitely gives more of a designer vibe and a relatively affordable price. Definitely a great option if you’re on the hunt for a new fixture! I’ll share more of the space once we get it updated a bit more. The art and bedding are set to arrive today!
