Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – This little lamp hack has gone viral recently and I thought it was definitely worth sharing! How genius is this idea from Megan D. Miller?! I have so many vases that would work perfectly for something like this, but I’m guessing a quick trip to a thrift shop would produce a lot of great results too! I’d personally need to find a better way to address the cord situation, but I’m guessing that could easily be addressed on most vases.

2 – I’m so in love with this scalloped fleece cardigan/jacket! The red would be so cute for the holidays (especially with the plaid collared shirt), but I’m also loving the classic look of both the navy blue and black for a more versatile look. I always love everything I buy from this brand!
3 – I’ve been eyeing these scalloped bowls for a few months now, and they’re finally 20% off during Prime day (the dove gray version is even more affordable)! They come in two color options and would make such great serving pieces or pasta bowls. But I think they’d also be great catchalls to use in decor on a console table, coffee table or nightstand! You can see even more pieces in this collection here.
4 – I have two great new save/splurge finds for you! The first is this set of lamps that I’m fairly certain may be the same brand. We’ve been in need of a few more sets of lamps here, so I ordered this save version the moment I saw it! I didn’t order until late last week, so I don’t think it will arrive until later this week, but I’m very optimistic about how much it looks like the splurge version!

The next find is this rattan headboard look for less! I love the gold feet on the splurge version, but the save version really is such a great alternative! It’s from the same brand that makes our carriage house dining room chairs we’ve had for a few years, so I know it’s a brand that still makes quality items.

5 – We all know how quickly garland sells out each year, so I’ve decided to order this faux cedar garland to give it a try too! This one is about half the price of other garlands on their site and is slightly less expensive than this popular garland I’ve used and loved for years! I think it would be really pretty to mix the two for a fuller, more natural look, but this would also be beautiful alone (see their styled pics) on a mantel, down a staircase, or used on a console table or dining table intertwined with decor.

Use battery operated lightbulbs in the vase/lamp project. Just tuck the cord into the vase or cut it off.
The battery lightbulbs come with a remote. Look on Amazon.

That’s a great idea, as well!

The table lamp ‘hack’ is priceless! Great idea. Whoda thunk? Many tanks!

I agree!

Such great info Sarah! I love the coastal headboard save/splurge but I need twin size and the save option doesn’t come in that size. Any ideas where to look for a coastal style in twin size? I need 2 for a guest room re-fresh.
Thanks so much!

Thanks Mary! I’ll keep my eyes open! This was the first I’ve ever come across one at a decent price point but I’ll let you know if I find more!
