Wednesday Watch List

Welcome to this week’s Wednesday Watch List, where I share the random things that captured my attention and stole my heart over the past week!

1 – I’m loving the elevated but playful vibes in this Ocean City, NJ home tour from Stephanie Kraus Designs! So many gorgeous details and fun pops of color in an otherwise neutral setting. Lots of inspiration for our Florida house!

2 – Did you see that Pantone selected Very Peri (a shade of periwinkle) as their color of the year for 2022? While I don’t necessarily see myself using this shade in home decor any time soon, there are some really cute pieces on the fashion side of things coming out! I’m absolutely loving all of these new arrivals from Ann Taylor! I have my favorite items all linked below the image, as well as a few other favorites below that. Use code LAYERUP to get 30-40% off several of the items featured. I definitely want to give this tipped cardigan a try.

Following are a few other favorites from the collection. Click any of the images below for more info on each of the item.

3 – In case you didn’t check out my post yesterday on scalloped home decor, there’s exciting info on our courtyard patio chairs. Our swivel glider patio chairs are finally available again as a pair and you no longer need to buy the full set! As with everything these days, the prices have gone up, but keep in mind it also includes free shipping and custom covers! You can also purchase just the sofa/coffee table pair now, as well. We love our chairs so much and can’t recommend them enough. As is always the case with this set (especially as we approach warmer weather), they’ll likely sell out pretty quickly.

You can see them in a little more detail here in our courtyard in summer 2020. I’m 5’8″ and Kurtis is 6’2″ and we both find them very comfy!

4 – Several years ago, I bought this navy blue linen texture lamp base from Target and it was one of my favorites ever! The texture was so beautiful and it had an elevated look to it. So, I was thrilled to see they now have a white linen texture lamp base for when you’re looking for less contrast! I prefer the large size, but it also comes in a small version, as well. I typically use this linen drum shade in the corresponding size for their bases.

5 – After last week’s exciting rattan vase find (large version here), I was thrilled to find this darling paint colorblock vase this week. Although it’s smaller, it looks like the popular Etu vases that Serena & Lily, Pottery Barn, Mark & Graham and more offer (and I’m still very much in love with). But, this coral pink looks so pretty for spring and summer! Based on the measurements, it looks like it’s the more petite size like the rattan one I put in our bathroom. I’ll share that image below so you can see size for reference. But I’m excited to see it in person and will hop on stories once it arrives! I think it will be especially cute with my favorite faux tulips!

Absolutely love the swivel outdoor chairs. I purchased six for my pool area and four for my daughter’s pool side. Happy I got them when they were at original price. But they truly are comfortable, high quality chairs and an unbeatable value. The chair covers alone would sell for at least $50-75. I can definitely recommend them and sure glad you found and shared them Sarah.
