1 – I am loving the sound {and look} every single one of the drinks in this 10 Best Bubbly New Year’s Eve Cocktails round-up. After doing the whole glittery champagne bottles last year, I have already been warned by all in attendance that that mess is not to be recreated again this year {our refrigerators will thank me}. I think the Coconut Vanilla Bellini is calling my name the loudest, with the Mango Raspberry Bellinis coming in a close second! Although, we may just have to try to fit a few of them in! With recipes including everything from grapefruit to basil to pear to mint, it’s kinda hard not to want to try them all.
2 – I have received questions on Instagram, via email and on the blog about where I find all the boxwood wreaths I have used in my decor during this year’s Christmas home tours. As popular as they are, anything that is preserved boxwood is hard to find! I landed on these boxwood wreaths this year. They come in 11″, 18″ and 21.25″ sizes. I have also had luck in the past with One Kings Lane and occasionally at HomeGoods I’ll spot the boxwood topiares {and snag them if they are ever in stock because I know they’ll be put to use}. I think the thing I love most is they add that perfect pop of green to any space and can be used in decor all year long!
3 – Speaking of New Years, is anyone planning a New Year’s Eve party? I love how fun {and easy} these fringe banners are to add some color to any party!
4 – I came across this post on Pinterest on how to achieve the perfect Restoration Weathered Gray Stain. I have the perfect piece of furniture I want to try this out on after the first of the year. I love the faded gray stained affect this produces and it may be just the recipe I need to revive a piece of furniture I’m not so in love with right now. Stay tuned!
5 – I love this {affordable} macaron box – perfect to store jewelry, change, pills, etc.! The cutest little stocking stuffer or gift for your girlfriends. The color assortment is perfection!
