The Unexpected Pieces You Need From Walmart This Spring

This post is sponsored by Walmart and ShopStyle and contains affiliate links for your shopping convenience. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own. Click here to read my full disclosure policy.

I’m the first to admit that I tend to source products from the same usual suspects for many of my posts. But, over the last few months, I’ve really been trying to make an effort to find new lines, stores, or unexpected options.

Over the years, I’ve shared some home decor finds from Walmart (hello amazing patio set, I’m mostly looking at you). We actually buy a lot of our pool supplies, plants, and other outdoor furniture and accessories there as well. But admittedly, I haven’t put much effort into looking at their clothing.

When Walmart asked me to be part of their We Dress America campaign I decided to first look and see if there was much interest before I said yes. The campaign focuses on spring trends that are affordable to everyone in styles that still allow you to express your individuality with current trends!

I’m not going to lie. I was blown away by some of the things I found… and ended up spending way more than my budget for this post. 😉 But I think you’ll see why when you see the cute, affordable and high-quality items I found! There were definitely some misses for me, but I found so many items I love (and even “accidentally” found some home decor items I’ll mention, as well). I found multiple items that you’ll quickly see look like some items I’ve loved in the past, at a fraction of the cost but still great quality!

I’m still of the opinion stripes will never go out of style and are perfect for every season – but especially for spring! One of the We Dress America trends for spring is bold stripes, and I found so many cute striped options from the collection!

First up. This darling striped dress. I fell in love with it the second I saw it. It fits true to size, but if you’re between sizes, I’d order down one (I’m wearing a size large). Also – it has pockets! The stripes are subtle and woven in to a pretty linen-like material. You can tour our freshly updated entryway here.

A great post sharing the unexpected Walmart fashion finds that look high-end but can be achieved on a budget. So many cute clothing options!

Paired with these ruffled wedges and circle straw tote, it’s such a perfect look for Easter, spring and summer! The tote comes in four colors but I thought the navy was cute for spring and summer. I love that it also has a long strap you can use to carry it over your shoulder, or you can tuck it away to use it as more of a tote!

Cute outfit ideas for spring! I love this blue and white striped dress, blue raffia circle tote, and ruffled cork wedges! The perfect Easter outfit idea!

The earrings are from Walmart as well, but I believe you can only buy them in stores. Be sure to also check out my Easter tablescape if you haven’t seen it yet! My dress may or may not coordinate perfectly with it 😉

A blue and white striped chambray tie-waist dress. Paired with coral dangle earrings.

Speaking of earrings I went a little crazy in their accessory department. But with pairs ranging from $2.88 to $3.88 it was hard to pass up so many of these cute finds!

Next up is this perfect striped boatneck top. I want it in one of every color! The material is a nice weight, is stretchy and super comfy. I’m wearing a size large.

Have I ever mentioned how much I hate shopping for jeans? But, I found a total winner in this pair! They’re stretchy, comfy, and the perfect ankle length for spring! They were just as great as all the reviews claimed! They run true to size and I’m wearing a size 12. I paired them with these sandals (love!). I feel like they run a bit small, so order up a size!

I saved my favorite for last! I am seriously obsessed with this sweater. From the stripes to the sweet scalloped eyelet detail at the bottom it is the perfect top for spring! I’m actually considering ordering another one of the colors because I love it so much. And I’ve basically worn these shoes every day since I got them. At under $10 with a memory foam bed, they are so comfy and so cute! I love the canvas linen-like fabric and was completely shocked at the price.

A blue and white striped sweater with eyelet trim at a price that can't be beat! I also love the memory foam canvas shoes and the gray and gold lamp with USB charger!

The raffia earrings were another fun find, and you know I’m all about the raffia earrings this year! Here you can also see the weave of the sweater. I’m not kidding when I say it is so good and could easily pass for a $50+ top!

And now from the home decor find I can’t stop talking about! I’ve been wanting USB lamps for our guest bedroom for some time. I almost finally dropped $150 per lamp at a retailer recently. So imagine my surprise when I “accidentally” wandered into the home decor section and found these gorgeous USB lamps at Walmart! I turned them a bit here for demonstration purposes but you can charge your phone and other accessories right from the base! I also picked up a set of these darling striped dish towels!

And if you’re looking for some great basic t-shirts, I stocked up on several of these in multiple colors. I love how they fit!

I hope you saw a few things to spark your interest! Happy spring shopping!

After seeing pictures of your home for so long, it’s really nice to see pics of you in the rooms. It makes your house look bigger, I can’t believe how high your ceilings & doorways are. Love from the UK.
