Pretty Preppy Party – August Features

Thank you to everyone that linked up to our August Pretty Preppy Party! We’re excited to see this party growing and we’re happy to have had the highest number of link-ups in PPP history! Which, of course, made it all the more difficult for us all to pick a favorite.

I loved Lauren’s post on One Simple Decor Trick to Bring a Room to Life. This trick is something I do subconsciously, but Lauren is so right. Also, if you haven’t checked out her gorgeous blog before, you are missing out. She has some amazing projects recently and it’s easy to get lost reading through all her gorgeous work!

I fell in love with this Painted Plastic Flatware from Delineate Your Dwelling the second I saw it. I have a fun party post coming up soon and this flatware caught my eye. Not only is it super cheap to recreate, it can be customized to your exact party colors. Definitely giving this one a try!

Lastly, I really enjoyed this subway tile post from Calypso In The Country. Shelley has had some of the same struggles I have in the past with finding the perfect “white” backsplash tiles. You have to check out her gorgeous kitchen now! (Hint, she has the lanterns I featured in yesterday’s Wednesday Watch List over her island!)
